Hi, We're from ICICI and are sorry to hear of your experiences. If you can email us your credit card and contact details at care@icicibank.com, we will contact you and work to address your issues.As informed earlier because of this credit card settlement not
correctly updated in your system my account was freezed and was not able
to process the payment for one of my Personal account. My second
personal loan payments is going fine, since it is in another account.
Aslo before this credit card problem my payment was processed without
any flaw and even after the account was freezed I have paid the amount
to the collection agent. Irrespective of this continuous and long
correspondence again you have updated my loan account in CIBIL. I FEEL
VERY VERY SORRY TO HAVE TAKEN THESE LOAN IN YOU IRRESPONSIBLE BANK.
HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WHY SHOULD I SUFFER FOR ALL YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE MISTAKES AND NEGLIGENCE.
YOU HAVE NOT UPDATED THE DETAILS EVEN WHEN I HAVE COMPLETED MY
SETTLEMENT IN SEPTEMBER ITSELF AND COMPLETED MY PAYMENTS IN NOVEMBER
WITHOUT ANY FLAWS. ALSO I HAVE MADE CASH PAYMENTS TO THE COLLECTION
AGENTS WHO USED TO COME HOME TO COLLECT AS MY ACCOUNT WAS FREEZED. AND I
HAVE ALSO INFORMED EARLIER THAT ONCE MY ACCOUNT IS ACTIVATED WILL
COMPLETE THE PAYMENT DUES PENDING.
THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF UPDATION AND THE FINAL LETTER WAS DISPACTED TO ME
ONLY ON AUGUST 06TH. I HAVE NOW ARRANGED FOR THE PAYMENT THIS MONTH AND
WILL MAKE THE PAYMENT ON AUGUST 26TH THE TOTAL BALANCE OUTSTANDING.
ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT I HOPE YOU WILL UPDATE MY CREDITABILITY
IMMEDIATELY.
