ICICI credit card settlement

    Default ICICI credit card settlement

    As informed earlier because of this credit card settlement not
    correctly updated in your system my account was freezed and was not able
    to process the payment for one of my Personal account. My second
    personal loan payments is going fine, since it is in another account.
    Aslo before this credit card problem my payment was processed without
    any flaw and even after the account was freezed I have paid the amount
    to the collection agent. Irrespective of this continuous and long
    correspondence again you have updated my loan account in CIBIL. I FEEL
    VERY VERY SORRY TO HAVE TAKEN THESE LOAN IN YOU IRRESPONSIBLE BANK.
    HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.



    WHY SHOULD I SUFFER FOR ALL YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE MISTAKES AND NEGLIGENCE.
    YOU HAVE NOT UPDATED THE DETAILS EVEN WHEN I HAVE COMPLETED MY
    SETTLEMENT IN SEPTEMBER ITSELF AND COMPLETED MY PAYMENTS IN NOVEMBER
    WITHOUT ANY FLAWS. ALSO I HAVE MADE CASH PAYMENTS TO THE COLLECTION
    AGENTS WHO USED TO COME HOME TO COLLECT AS MY ACCOUNT WAS FREEZED. AND I
    HAVE ALSO INFORMED EARLIER THAT ONCE MY ACCOUNT IS ACTIVATED WILL
    COMPLETE THE PAYMENT DUES PENDING.



    THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF UPDATION AND THE FINAL LETTER WAS DISPACTED TO ME
    ONLY ON AUGUST 06TH. I HAVE NOW ARRANGED FOR THE PAYMENT THIS MONTH AND
    WILL MAKE THE PAYMENT ON AUGUST 26TH THE TOTAL BALANCE OUTSTANDING.





    ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT I HOPE YOU WILL UPDATE MY CREDITABILITY
    IMMEDIATELY.

    Dear Ms. Banu,

    Kindly forward the required details to the Bank but through email and never mention your complete credit card number on any website to avoid any fraud. Revert back soon after getting reponse from their side.

    what is the effect in future if i settel the card. what is the settelment amount i pay.

    because last 8 month i m not pay a single rs.

    ICICI Credit Card Issue

    HI, I was using ICICI Credit card from last more than 2 yrs, I was using it nicely and my credit history was very nice for a long time, but once something wrong has happened, I had been cheated by someone and my all the money has been swiped out by one of my friend, it's totally and unavoidable circumstance, I was unable to pay the amount, but intentionally I was not thinking for the money not to return to tbe bank. I had tried a lot to make the situation calm by paying minimum payment for at least more than 6 months, but situations goes beyond my limits.Now after one year ICICI bank has put a lean on my salary account. I am unable to take my salary from my account, I am ready to talk to them ,however I would not be able to pay the whole amount in 3 shots, my salary is not so much and even whatever it is the bank put lean on that , so how could I manage to give the huge amount to them in such a short time. I just request to please give me some more time and put the settlement amount so much that would be payable by me. It would be a great help for me.
    the records for ICICI shows I was a loyal customer and even won loyal rewards from their side many time.


    The bank has already deducted my one month salary directly from the account and now when I need to go for the settlement they are not reverting on it. Once I talked to one lady but she has not listen my concerns just she was stagnant on her and her employers benefits. I need to settle the credit card amount, please help me out

    Default Creditcard settlemts and noc

    I was having credit card in your bank in 2006 &2007 with the following details
    Name : SANE K REDDY
    Card No: 5176 5335 9948 1006

    I am suffering a lot due to your mistakes and wrong statements even today also as the card has been surrounded to you in 2007 itself. I gave so many complaints on the same and you people are least are bothered about the customer greivances and their problems.

    Recently I have submitted all the communication had for the same card for settlement at Visakhapatnam Branch. They have forwarded it to you with recommendations. But there is no reply from the Mumbai Office.

    Please arrange to settle the same as early as possible. I am requesting you only for the mistake I made by taking your Bank Credit card.

    Question settlement of credit card

    Hi,

    This is vineet kumar singh using ur ICICI card for last 3 years. Bt due to some unforeseen events happened to me, that causes me to think about settlement of credit card user.
