Dear Sir,

I was a Credit Card user of "Citi Bank"
My name was put in the defaulter list because of not making payment to bank for account which was used by me.
I spoke to the citi bank recovery team and informed them that I have to make payment for what I have used and thereafter I made the outstanding payment for my account for which they provied me with a payment clearance letter for my account.
Inspite of the payment being cleared for my account still my name is reflecting in CIBIL defaulter's list.
I want to know why banks do not remove names of people who make their payment and settle their account.

How can I remove my name so that I do not face problem in getting loan from Bank.
