    Default Complaint against HSBC credit card

    Dear Sir,

    This w.r.t my HSBC credit card# 4384 5999 9665 2573. I was using this card
    from 2004 - 2006. In October, 2006 I paid my credit card bill and didn't use
    the card there after. Now I applied for a home loan and came to know from
    the bank that in my CIBIL report an amount of Rs. 48,000/- is showing as
    overdue against that credit card. When I contacted HSBC customer care, they
    informed me that the last payment I made was late so they added a late
    charge on that and they added subsequent finance charges on that late charge
    and arrived at the current outstsnding amount.

    Now, my concern is why should I pay Rs. 48,000/- to HSBC using doing any
    spending using their credit card?

    I sincerely request you to help me with this fraud by the bank.

    Default HSBC credit card cheatinga nd harasseing the sustomers.

    My name is ajith was working for Software company. I am using HSBC credit card form last 4 years. I have did more then 3.5 lacks of transaction. My relation is going well until i come to know the second face of credit cards. when i came to know the shocking news about credit card i stunned. They taken out my peace...
    Due to urgent personal commitment i have purchased Rs 95,000/- from my HSBC card last Aug 2009. Then my bad time starts. Each day they calling and asking me to pay the same. Unfortunatly due to crisis i ask to leave the job. I was jobless and one side the CC tourchure. I was helpless... I requested them to give me couple of months time but they insisted. Finally Dec they forced me to do the settlement of 59K.. But i was not having that much money with me. OneThird Settlement Execute called from Mumbai introdued him self Dinesh(Mobile Number:098677099001 and asked me to pay Rs 46,000/- And he will send the settlemnet letter to my address. As per his promise i asked 3 weeks time and i adustsed the money with all my assets and i thought my harrasemnet will be geting over. Atlest peacefully i can sleep. I have done the payment on 4th Feb 2009. Once the payment is confirmed the person is not sent my Settlement letter. He is not picking my call.. If i call to his number through other mobile he will pick and as he come to know its me he will Drop the call..and he dont pick the call from that number.

    Sir.. Please help me how can i get my settlement letter. If i got cheated by him how can i allert perople like me ( I dont want to get cheated). I agree i dont have any proof But i hope there will be record of the calls whatever he made me..

    I am now fully colapsed with tension without any job I feel like madneness.. Can you please suggest me how to go about it. Any contact person and Mails from any higher officer i sent but No response.
    I got frustrated with HSBC customer care tourcher. The mental egony the pain and the sleep less night i spent i cant expresss. I am in huge depression because of this.

    Default unlawful insurance charges debited by HSBC

    Dear Sir / Madam

    I had taken a credit card from HSBC. I had not used this card but still HSBC had debited insurance premium to my cr card account & now they have put my name in black list ( CIBIL ) because of which I can not take any housing or personal loan. They had debited these charges without my concent. & even I refused to pay 1st premium, they again debited 2 extra premium to my credit card account. On equiry their executives are saying that you must pay the bill amount in full.
    Please guide me how to come out from this trap

    Dispute of HSBC Credit Card No 4384 5999 1344 3171
    I have a bad experience with the HSBC after a long time relationship. I have mailed thricely my coplaint on info@hsbc.co.in but no response till date due to this outstanding on my Card increased up & up simultaneously.

    I have discussion with customer care for more than 3 times but there is no response regarding the issue. As I remember I talked to Mr. Jatinder & Vinay Rao (Assistant Manager) for the issue illustrated below.

    Hence draw your kind attention below toward a matter pending for long time against my HSBC Credit Card No 4384 5999 1344 3171. -:

    1 The total outstanding was Rs. 15549.71/- as on statement period 09 Oct 2007 to 08 Nov 2007.

    2. I had submitted the two cheques for worth Rs 800/- and 14000/- which shows the Cr. In to my A/c on 1-Dec-07 and 5-Dec-07 respectively. Due to credit of said cheques my total outstanding was Rs 861.56/- as on statement period 09 Nov 07 to 08 Dec 07.

    3 There was no payment made by me (Rs 861.56/-) in time, that’s why bank charge me late payment charge Rs 400/-.. Than I have talked to customer care regarding the reversal of late payment fee and customer care executive commit me for the reversal of said amount in the next statement. The total outstanding was Rs. 1341.53/- as on statement period 09 Dec 2007 to 08 Jan 2008

    4 I was astonished when I received the next month statement for worth Rs 16708.81/-(Statement for the period 09 Jan08 To 08 Feb 08), Although credit card not used by me. After confirmation from the customer care Officer Vinay Rao that above mentioned cheque for worth Rs 800/- and 14000/- which shows the Cr. In to my A/c on 1-Dec-07 and 5-Dec-07 respectively now entry of BOTH cheque shows TRANSFER TO SUSP A/c on dated 05 feb08. He ensure me that this will be rectify and reflect in the next statement.

    But there is no rectification has been done so far and bank charge me penalty, interest etc accordingly. Due to negligence of HSBC credit limit of my card reduce from 104000/- to 17000/-.

    Hence my outstanding lift high & high from 861.56/- to 22082.86/- as on statement 09 Apr 08 to 08 May 08.

    I am liable to pay only Rs 861.56/- which is actual amount. Kindly check the record and send me rectified statement of Rs. 861.56/- so that I can make said payment to HSBC.

    Dear sir,

    My Credit Card No is 4384599990811282, My three family members were provided with add on cards without any charges or fee. so far it was not chargd,

    This year an amount of Rs.3000/- charged for the add on cards which were not used.

    I have not given consent for the annual fee.

    I request you to refund the amout immediately.

    or else please cancel my Primary card and all the add on cards immediately and intimate me immediately,

    Please stop all operations and charges.

    the dues now outstanding Rs.4500.00 which includes annual fee on add on cards Rs.3000-00.
    will be cleared in two months time.

    Question HSBC Westside Classic Credit Card

    Respected Sir,

    It was regarding my HSBC Westside Classic Credit Card No. 4183569900059614. When i entered on Westside Show room in there the HSBC People are asking every person that they are interested in Credit Card. One Executive ask me on Fe’ 2010 – March’ 2010 i am not aware about the actual date for which date i had applied. When he came down and also ask me that sir westside and hsbc are combination so you need credit that i told him that i am already have one credit HSBC Gold but he told me that it is you can take one more credit & also inform me that it was free Card they are no charges for HSBC Westside Classic Credit Card. I ask him twice it free he told me free. On that i also inform him that i dont have any proof. He ask me about my driving licence. So i had gave him driving licence and took the xerox copy and he told me to sign the form even i told him i dont have time to field the form he told me sir that he will filed the form just do sign that time my girlfriend with he also told me not get the one more card. He told me it was free card there are no charges. I received the bill and now they charged Membership Fee. 700. I am ready to pay but why the HSBC Sales Executive telling lie with customer. Please clear my doubt and also reverse my amount Block my HSBC Westside Classic Credit Card. I hope you will help me out regarding for my charged which was done by HSBC Westside Classic Credit Card. My Complaint Number in HSBC is 2012609156.
