Thanks for your reply.
I really had a terrible experience with your bank and I have lost my faith in
your Bank.I have been misleaded and misguided by your bank personnel on several
accounts.You keep on switching statements every next time.

It was mentioned in the last piece of correspondence that "If you wish to see the
copy of the policy document wherein you have signed and agreed to abide by the terms
and conditions of the same please revert to us with a date and time convenient for
you to visit the HSBC, CG Road, Ahmedabad Branch to enable us to assist you
accordingly." Now you are stating that no information can be revealed.
Every week you flip your own statements.

You are simply dragging this matter weeks over weeks just to add to additional
monthly charges.The phone banking service to the Bank customer is highly
irresponsive. I have registered complaints with them but no one has contacted me
till date. These malpractices are adopted by the HSBC Bank to cheat its customers.

So, I request you to please mail me the signed document or give me the name and the
no of the concerned person at your local branch who can share the copy of the policy
document.I have attached the all the emails i have mailed you earlier and your
responses to my emails.Please make sure atleast you know what have you commited
earlier to a customer.

Since i have mentioned it countless times that i had never opted for any such
policy.If you have investigated the matter properly then you would have figured it
out that i have complained for the same ever since i had received the card and your
bank personnel have even assured me to revert the charges levied.

All this dilly-dallying on the part of your bank officials is painful.I would like
to close this matter as early as possible and i am requesting you to please
cooperate and give proper clarification.
