I had used a HSBC Credit card (5422071002599975)a long time ago which has also expired on 04/09. I was a regular payer also inspite not recieving the statement from their side. I have used around 8000/- aprox and made payment more that what i have used. But for some financial reasons i was not being able to pay. I had requested them to make a settlement of my a/c. But they showed no interest instead they have made my outstaing to a huge amount and now calling us saying that warant has been applied to your name. But if you can pay the full ammount right now we will take back the warant. My mother is ill at home and i have recently blessed with a baby. My wife had recieved the call and is very tensed. Please advise at the earliest.
