MY Complaint No IS'HBL=007-655-276' Credit card no GOT UNNECESSARY CALL FROM
RECOVERY AGENCY EVERYDAY AND PREVIUSLY MENTL HARRASMENT DONE BY THE RECVERY PEOPLE
(From HDFC BANK Wilson House, near Pinky theatre, 5th Floor, Old Nagardas Road,
Andheri (east)MUM -69 AND OFICE PEOPLE THOUGH I HAVE VISITED THEIR same OFFICE AND
GIVEN REQUEST TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD no 5289456000049697 AND LONE A/C.
5176350000200507 but they want VISIT MY OFFICE forcefully AND the total Amount
Involved: 115500 Compensation Amount: 86000.
I have given two times complain to card division and CC to Ombudsman but nobody had
taken any action on Mr. bhusan (manager debt management) he is very rough and
bluntly spoken with me and unnecessary harassment to my office people before taking
the card on application form nowhere mention that if I make payment late then they
will harass me as well as my office people .
Please take very strong action the person (Mr bhusan) that in future they cannot
able to dare to harassment like me.
My question is to who give them authority to doing this nonsense thing with client.
If through you’re my problem is solve I will ready to go consumer court and fight
all of them LEGALLY
