Dear Sir,

I have applied for Home Loan at IDBI Bank, Noida. The bank has informed me
that as per CIBIL, there are six credit cards against me of which three
cards are showing outstanding amounts.However, I have used only two cards in
my lifetime.

I have been follwing up with CIBIL as well as the banks since 29th July
2009, but did not get any satisfactory reply. When I contacted banks;
they said no information other than my name and date of birth is matching
with their data but they cant provide me details in written.When I informed
CIBIL that as per banks my details are not matching with their records they
said they will contact the banks for clarifiction but still I did not get
any solution.

Now the IDBI bank is saying my Loan Application will get rejected . I dont
understand why should I get panelized for the wrong information provided by
CIBIL .

It is my request the Banking Ombudsman kindly look into the matter & resolve
it.
