HSBC credit card fraud - please help Dear Sir, Madam
I am sanjeev kumar staying at B-65/A, second floor, Kausambhi, Ghaziabad
form last 4 year - (M) 9650478668.
My Company has just open my salary account with HSBC bank two month back and
suddenly bank has blocked RS. 27000 in my saving account when I talk to
customer care then they said that I have taken an credit card in 2007 by
this credit card I did a shoping of RS 8555 and with interest it becoming
27000 when I went to bank and ask to verify my all document and ask to
provide me the document which can show me that I receive that credit card
than just next day they have diducted 39000 form my account and now my a/c
balance is 0.
Where in I have never received any credit card form HSBC bank and never
received any statment for due amount or as reminder statment.
I am totaly help less and facing too much problem to servive my family for
this month.
Looking for a quick help.

Dear Mr. Sanjeev,
Pls. send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Bank and send it through registered letter. Do keep a copy of that letter with you and wait for the response of the Bank for Min. 20 days. Inform us again after getting any reply from the Bank's side. The address of the Head Office of the bank is:

HSBC CPP CARD PROTECTION PLAN ISSUED BY THE CPP DEPT. 08-JUN-09 BUT WE HAVE NOT GET, DUE TO RETURN BACK TO CPP DEPT. AFTER GETING BACK THEY HAVE CALL ME. ARE YOU INTERESTED TO TAKE THIS WELCOME KIT AGAIN, I WAS NOT AGREE WITH THEM, BUT THEY HAD EXPLAINED THE BENIFIT AFTER I WAS AGREE, BUT I WAS ASK TO THEM, AFTER RECEIVING WELCOME KIT, IF I DON'T LIKE THIS I WILL CANCLE THE PLAN. NOW WE HAVE GOT THE CPP PROTECTION PLAN WELCOME KIT ON 14-AUG-09. TODAY ON DT. 18-AUG-09 CALLED TO THEM. THEY HAVE READY TO CANCELLED BUT THEY HAVE ASKED ME WE WILL REFUND ONLY 50%. BECAUSE YOU HAVE COMPLETED 30 DAYS. BUT AS PER TELEPHONIC DISSCUSSION HAD WITH CPP DEPT. AFTER RECEIVING THE WELCOME KIT IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PLAN, YOU CAN CANCELLED BEFORE 30 DAYS.

HSBC Card protection plan charges Dear Sir/Madam,
I had cleared all by credits balances for my HSBC credit card.I wanted to cancel it after paying any charges left but i realised that I had still to pay some amount which they charged me for Card protection plan.I had not applied for this facitility ever.
Now, they call me all the time to pay the amount for the same.I even told them the same and they told me they would cancel it, which is not been done till now.it is been two months.Every month they are charging me the fine for not paying.
Need you help.
