my refund was initiated from yatra .com on 28th september of rs 5307 but this is 8th day after they have initaited refund and im not reaciving it in my credit carda as i mchecking online.

i was booking on yatra.com and i was charged 5307 rs from credit card and after payment wass sucessful then there was some error on booking to proceed and they told me on 28 th sep. that thay have refunded me Rs 5307 and i got mail indicating refund ammount and yatra refrenve number YT53703 and transaction ID fror the transaction 201009268948515. They told me this is the transaction number which i have to croos check with my bank for refund. but i m calling hdfc bank customer care they are telling we can not do any thing and i m calling yatra they are telling me money is with ur bank and i dont know what to do plz help me.

i was told by customer care exexctive to mail on customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com along with the yatra refrence email containing yatra details but i dont get any response.
