    Ok, I contacted customer care bfore my payment date. reply come that pay such amount which u used. I did on 26.03.2010. But then i got sms on 02.04.2010 that Rs.11500.00 has been debited from my c card account. Why and How it is happning.

    Pls. consider the matter and help me how to solve the matter.

    1) Is there any lack of communication between Sales division & Marketing division of credit card or they badly
    required kind of training.
    2) HDFC Credit cared division deceiving their valuable customer.
    3) Can I tear Credit card & drop into your drop box if i will nor get any reply from you

    I hope HDFC will take an appropriate action

    Exclamation Looking For Settlement from HDFC Bank (Credit card)

    Hi
    I hold an HDFC credit card and have been paying the minimum amount due each month.In the month of January 2010

    I had asked the agent who collects the amount from me each month of see if there could be a settlement that can be offered as I was finding it difficult to pay the amounts. He advised me that as it is close to year end the banks, the bank has stopped settlement of accounts and that I should wait till the new financial year begins.

    I had a conversation with the same agent and then with the bank and now they are telling me that they can not offer me settlement till next month which also is not confirmed.

    Pleas advice as to what should I do as I am really looking at settling the call fully aware that settlements will have an impact on my rating for the next 7 years

    Post Creit Card PIN number is not yet provided

    Hi,

    I have been given HDFC Gold International credit last month (30 days past), I have been using the card but not yet receiving the pin number even i have called many times to the bank. But I am receiving sms daily such as offer to buy and now an sms with the message as statement created with an amount to pay. In Netbanking the Card is not yet mapped. What can i do?

    This is in response to your letter regretting approval of my application for HDFC Platinum card.

    In this regard I wish to Clarify that I have not applied for this card on my own.I have received SMS messages many time that iam eligible for the same and asking me to apply.
    Finally when your executive called me and requested me to apply I have applied.

    Inspite of this background, It was shocking for me to receive such letter from you.

    Iam an account holder in your bank since inception and maintaining good balance in my account.
    Iam having Fixed Deposits Of Rs.20 lakhs in your bank apart from S\B account balance.

    Please let me know the reason for not approving my application for credit card, as Iam disturbed mentally due to this bad remark.

    Hi

    I am using a hdfc credit card for past two years and i made purchases of about 10000 and even converted them into emi and completed than and made some more purachses of around 6000 .Now my bill is around 25000 so i dont want to use the card ,i want to close it .so i made a request to settle the amount in january and still there is no response from there end. I also have salary a/c wid hdfc is it possible they can block my salary . Please help me on this . contact :8802294637

    Iam very sorry to tell you one mr dixit calling frm number +91 2041400000 is just harresting , He behaves and talk like gunda a criminal , If IAM IN MEETING or car driving or some urgent work he will call again again , He just harrest AS someone frm hdfc card called me as i wanted to settle so first they comiitted 14000 rs in one time payment settlement amt later in week they called said banks is not agreeing on 14000 , you to pay 15000 rs that also i agreeied . Now last week again they called and said bank is not ready below 18000 ,So i refuse to pay how bank like hafc behaving and changing figures again & again and also harresting to pay the amt and call 100 times in a day , YOU CAN CHECK CALL LIST MY CELL NUMBER IS + 91 9970059099 . If this continue for more than a day we have go police complain and also file case agaist bank and mr dixit. IAM READY to pay the amout but wat i was comiitted frm bank person , oN THIS I TOLD mr dixit hpw they can commit if they don t have approval he said bank wale apne target ke liya kuch bhi karte hai thats why they harresting if you driving they will not listen they will just call .     Default Credit Card no. 5176351100088420 Refund of Excess Payment

    Dear Sir,

    I am Yashwant Pratap Dhadave, holder of Credit Card No.5176351100088420.

    I am allredy paid Rs. 5,805/- against Due Payment.

    But same time I am Paid another payment Rs. 510/- vide Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd Ch. No. 000004 that is also against Due Payment,
    But your actul Due payment is Rs. 5805/- , So I am paid Rs. 510/- Excess payment, that I want to refund.

    So please Refund Rs. 510/- and credit to my Bank of Baroda A/c No.04470100010464, Karve Road Branch, Pune.

    Kindly Do the needful. and also Issue me NOC against Due Payment.

    Unhappy Execss Amount debited

    Dear Customer Care Executive,

    I would like to bring to your notice that Rs. 100/- has been debited extra to my account due to late payment deposited by me in the Month of March 10.( Credit Card No: 4346781005454434 )

    I would furhter like to bring to your kind notice that I have deposited payment of well in time on 28th March 2010 in your HDFC ATM Box. On enquirying from your customercare, they told me that this payment has been debited due to late payment deposited. Whereas we have put our cheque well in time in your ATM Box, if it has been cleared late at your end due to bank holidays, why should I bear this amount of penalty ?

    This delay is from your end. I have record that till now, my all the payments has been made well in time.

    Therefore, you are requested to please wave off this amount of Rs 100/- from my due amount of payment. Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
