and i am not at all satisfy with the reply i got from.. i made my payment on the day as i said to customer care...
I am not against the bank norms..n was ready to make payment as discussed with HDFC customer care...and i made the
payment as i said.
My complaint is against your collection department agent who were not ready to listen a single word from customer...
not even listen the reference no which i received from customer care which i was suppose to tell them in order to
stop call ..but they keep on calling again and again on my cell as well as home if they dont want to listen why they
call....just to harass the customer...its just a torchure to customer and family..and which is not tolerable for
anybody..

I have recived a call from the HDFC Bank Dharward branch and informed that I am eligibale for credit card and one MR Mahesh came to my place collected all relevent papers for the same and when i vent to bank one MR vivek in Dharwad has shown me in his system that I am elgible for the credit card, but even then after couple of days i receive a letter from the bank that My application has been rejected for banks internal policy.I am fail to understant the same back has caled me for credit card and I have not asked for credit card and the same bank on its owne has made me elegible for caredit card then why is my application has been rejected? not only this bank any bank has got no rights to insult the custmer like this, i expect a atleast reply from the bank in first place and wants no what kind of action the bank is tacking on this.

Hi,
i had purchased item worth 30000/- on 5 th march 2012, i have not received statement for next two months , in between i called coustmer call helpline they said it is despatched
i had received all other post but not cc statement after inquring at the local baranch in margao one lady said that there is the problem with the billing system in pune and goa coustmers are not getting the staments for last many months . , on 22 nd april collection team from panjim called my residence and spoke rudely to my parents and giving ultimetum to pay the dues of cc urgently on 24 th april 2012. I called cc helpline for the statement .
I received it on 25/04/12 with the late fees dues showing 1590/- .this hdfc credit card is total fraud .

i have hdfc credit card and am using just for 2 months whenever i purchase or do online shopping they deducting 219.50 as member fee and services tax for no reason so i cancell my cards please dnt use hdfc credit card for peace of mind beside agents will disturb you every now and then, to offer stupid insurance , loans gift voucher ete .... they are like scam trying to robb every customer

I HAVE PURCHASED LCD TV FROM A CROMA CENTRE BARODA BY SCHEME OD HDFD BANK CREDIT CARD WITH THE FACILITY OF SIX INSTALMENT OF RS/=3311/-i purchased that t.v on february 2011. i allready pay all instalment regularly but by mistake one cheque bounce because mahindra kotak company without informing me they withdrawl 15000/* rs from my account. that why one instalment of rs 3311/* left. but bank people not inform me till one year they inform me in march 2012 that your one payment is panding i said if it is so i ma ready to pay in may 2012.that was regular conversation with me and their customer care.one day on 28/4/12 one person phoned me on my mobile that i have to talk with you come to ghelani petrol pump at 8.30p.m. so i reached there when i go there he shaw me a list that you have to pay 23000/- so i ask how and why only one installment of rs 3311/-is pending to pay this much big amount how and why should i pay. then the person name jatin loudly speaking to me even he is not allow me to take my incoming call. and shouting loudly in gunda language. that i know all gunda i know all police give me right now rs 1300/- and after come to my office me he spoke me very dirty words.his mobile number is 9898000774 also one gunda person was with him without any information they come to me and behave that i am facing gunda company and they will kill me after this issue i could not eat and could not sleep to night. and gave me warning that they know all gunda and how you will not pay 23000/-. i am very shocked due to such behaviour and insulting me.
sir my only one installment of 3311/-is pending so how and why i pay 23000/-
please advice me what to do and how i can save from gundagardi.
