    Default HDFC Bank credit card customer care

    Hi,

    Today I was making a Transection in HDFC ATM at Sector - 8, Rohini, Delhi. And Suddenly a massage blinks (when i was going to Finish my transection) Saying Rs. 99 will be Debited from your Credit Card and Utility Service will be activated in 24 hours.

    But I did not gave any request for the same, I even don't know about the use of the same service.

    Kindly please tell me how can i get my money back.
    This is to inform you that HDFC credit cards division is charging money unessaserly.


    Please request them to reverse all the unnecessary levied money

    Please help me and suggest what all actions can I take in this regard.

    Hello i applied HDFC credit card twice. but still i didnt get credit card now. and customer care executive says " we are sorry. we not approved your form at this time" but my bank account transaction is GOOD. last year average maintance balance is 1, 00, 000.

    Hi,

    This is to inform you that HDFC credit cards division is harassing me
    unnecessary.
    I am paying Rs. 3700 every month but i got bill in increasing order. every month bill amount is increased.
    I call to customer care for full and final payment but they denied my query.
    I can not afford this amount.
    If i took Rs. 30,000 by bank, so till today i have paid 45,000.
    but till today my due payment is 31,000.
    how it's possible.
    please help me.

    Default Harrassing like blade mafia

    Unfortunately...I had used an HDFC bank Credit card.
    I had to get the card only after just signing after a Form without any further verification or queries.
    I feel wonder now that after paying more than Rs.2500 to 3000/- for the last 18 months...my pending amount was getting Higher...
    I had already paid more than the amount I have borrowed from the Bank.

    The dirty collection department is harrassing me impolitely when calling me as well as my family members...
    Since I have paid morethan the amount I have used from the card..I will not pay any amount to them...
    Request the banking Ombudsman to help me to resolve my issue since I am in a critical financial situation...

    I would expect a help from the Ombudsman team to save me from the face of disasters....

    Dear Sir,

    I hold a credit card of HDFC Bank [Credit Card No: 5243 6810 0061 6204]. By mistake the spelling of my name has been printed incorrect on the card; I want to change the name on the credit card as PRAMOD CHAUBEY.

    From correspondence point of view, I want to change my mailing address as below:

    My self kiran Rawat c.card no4346 7720 0569 4913 with u HDFC BANK LTD Ferozepur Branch. i have not recived my bill frm start of credit card till date. i am PB Custmoer of branch. i am paying average bill due to not detail of bill, i request branch but they told that contact customer care. my suduled are very busy.so pls do the needful and provied me detail of my bill

    sir/madam , i hold an hdfc credit card of hdfc bank having a limit of 15000/- earlier all my transaction done i paid a full amount when i ever i use my credit card for purchasing etc, and full amont of the demand raised by your bank, from last few month my financial condition are not good and now having a record of checque bouncing, went for an settelment 2 to3 times, also paid half of the settelment amount but by passing days that also get discontionued, which iam liable to pay to bank and i will pay it too also, my past record payment done will help you in trusting my statment, but collection agency are really harrasing and making me upset by using un professional ways for recovering money, few month back a girl named SHEWTA used to call for the payments, some time if i didnt pick the phone while driving or in office with seniors , she will give a three ring and after that she call to my office receptionist and say to receptionist that ask Mr.Navneet has to pay an amount to hdfc ,when he is unable to pay why he go for credit card ( do you really think that its a professional approach ) and result to which i left the company after 6 months because every one in my office came to know about it, i made several time complaint against it but no one ever feel to revert back, any way this is past,the new thing is now ur collection team are calling my father,making him feared by threatning of legal action , sue ,non bailable warrant etc, and they are delivering all these to an father who is a heart patient ahving age of 69yrs,leaving in other city .
    ( Do you think that is this is an professional approach, ) , i assure u for an full payment of yours due on me but now if a singel phone will go to my parents , then i suggest you that you are waisting your time in doing this phone calling and other recovering methods you file a case against me in court and i promise you that i will posotively come there with a counter case whatever be the consquences , because if any thing happened to my parents i will left with nothing to loose .

    Default Not received outstanding statement for Feb-2010

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Still I have not received outstanding statement for Feb-2010, generally every month i 'm receiving it 10 days before due date but this time yet not received.
    Based on your SMS aleart I have paid all due payment today by cheque [in drop box] which may take 2 or 3 days to clear bcoz of tomorrows sunday holiday. My payment due date is 22nd of every month.
    Please do not apply any late fees charges in this case since i'm waiting for statement to attach the slip with cheque

    Post harassment from HDFC credit card customer care

    Dear sir, my credit card no-5176521007982541 has been misusing by anou other person. I contacted 24.02.2010 to customer care to block the card account and disputed transactions. He replied yes sir ur card is blocked. I confirmed that no can use my card in future. But I got statement in march 2010 that all disputd transactions are added in my statment. And also after blocked I got some transaction dated 24.02.2010 and 01.03.2010. Why, after blocked one can use my card. who will pay the amount. what is the result, blocking the card.

    On 6th march 2010 I got mail to send a scan copy of CDF to proceed the investigation on the transaction. I did, but it did not impact on my card. I also sent CDF to HDFC bank card division on 15.03.2010. what happened i don't know. whenever I called to C care ,'No CDF recved '. What happening I donot know. I think they are playing game with others.

    Ok, I contacted customer care bfore my payment date. reply come that pay such amount which u used. I did on 26.03.2010. But then i got sms on 02.04.2010 that Rs.11500.00 has been debited from my c card account. Why and How it is happning.

    Pls. consider the matter and help me how to solve the matter.

    Unhappy lack of communication between Sales & marketing division

    Dear Sir,

    I am holding one credit card which number is 4050– 2820 – 0268 – 7379.
    That card was sold to me on false commitment as I received a call from lady sales representative and she said because of I am the valuable customer of bank. this card is free for you and you will also get one VIP travel bag along with this card if used with in 40 days.
    While fill up the documents I confirmed to bank male representative regarding free gift which had been offered by HDFC,He also assured & shown me on some mark up on the form which was confirmed regarding gift.
    I received the card & myself used with in the said time. Unfortunately I never received that gift. Conceptually I called customer care executive 3 times. Initially 2 time representative assured me you will get my gift with in 5-6 days
    .But on 3rd call representative replied me now you are not eligible for this offer, Marketing department denied to give you gift which had been promised & I am really very disappointed. Please let me know

    1) Is there any lack of communication between Sales division & Marketing division of credit card or they badly
    required kind of training.
    2) HDFC Credit cared division deceiving their valuable customer.
    3) Can I tear Credit card & drop into your drop box if i will nor get any reply from you

    I hope HDFC will take an appropriate action
