    Default new credit card offer

    Hi,

    This is to inform you that HDFC credit cards division is harassing me
    unnecessary. since last two months am getting call for new credit card offer
    I got message
    Thanks for applying for HDFC bank Credit card ,your application will be processed within 2 weeks
    and your reference no is 10100602296010Wz

    Please request them process it if do not call me for any new offer if you are not able to process reference no 10100602296010WZ
    do notunnecessary disturb
    Please help me and suggest what all actions can I take in this regard.

    Default Settlement of my outstanding

    To whom ever is concerend
    I am hold a HDFC Bank Gold card.I blocked my card as I did not want to use it any more,due to certain financial problem. The dues to be settled is on me. I asked for the settlelment procedure and wanted to clear up all the dues. But the recovery team was harassing my Mother(PHONE NO IS NOT DISCLOSED) ,who is not sound with these kind of work and had health problem as High bloodpressure and faints, in Guwahati and I live in Bangalore by calling up to her and saying about me to be taken legal actions and threatening of many things. I asked for the settlement and want to pay back but the Recovery Team and the Collection Department do not have any relation as the figures of both the department contradicted. The Recovery team started harasing me by constantly repatedly calling in situations of my hardcore prfessional work even after when I told them to call me after a period of time. Initally they stared without giving any concern to my part of talk, and later on they started shouting on me. I worked in a credit card department of a bank so I know the procedure too. but irespective of that they kept on harassing me. Finally then Used slanged words and whenI replied them in the language they started, they told me that they have recorded to my talk and will be using them when necessary. I was provoked by the irritating handling of the recovery work. Now I want to settle my all the dues and come out clear by the settlement process and I am not getting any response and support.
