sir/madam,
This is being brought to your notice regarding the
harrasment made to me by standard chartered bank even after
having paid to them the settled amt. in 2005 .
As per the banks letter no.nd/offshoot/3030/core/18167
dt.23.07.05, a settlement plan was arrived at Rs.44, 596/- as
being the total amt.payable against my current outstanding
dues of Rs.52, 466/- and i was asked to pay the settled
amt.in two equal instalments of Rs.22, 298/- each by
23.07.05 & 15.08.05 respectively.
As per the agreement a representative( mr. kailash bhati)
of M/s offshoot, a-45, defence colony, new- delhi (a dsa of
SCB bank ) collected the amt. on behalf of the bank as per
the details given below .

faridabad amounting to Rs.21050/-(receipt no.34608

it was promised to me by the representative(kailash bhati)
of the bank that the full & final payment has been
received and the clearence /noc certificate would be sent to
me by the bank within a weeks time.
however despite my repeated telephonic request to the bank
no noc was received from the bank.
lastly on 31.10.05 when i contacted the customer care
executive of scb it was told that the cheque no.818266
dt.09.08.05 was misplaced & not traceable at their
end.so i gave instructions to my banker(obc) to stop payment
of the said cheque no.818266 dt.09.08.05 in case if it is
presented at any time later on. and instead on the same day
i sent another cheque no.818267 dt.31.10.05 for rs.21050/-
of obc sector-7, faridabad in the drop box which got cleared
on 07.11.05 as per the pass book entry of my bank.in this
way i paid atotal of rs.44600/-to the scb bank as per the
agreed settled amt.

instead of sending me the noc after 4 years & my
personal repeated visits to the bank at bahadur shah zafar
marg i have not received the noc so far & instead some
persons showing themselves as representatives of the bank
are calling me several calls every day ( vide phone
nos.0124-4826054, 4104602) asking me to pay rs. 70000/- more
and they are threatning me & my family members using
abusive language neither they are telling their
names/identity nor address from where they are calling.

kindly advice the persons concerned not to make me such
threatning calls or else i would be constraint to take a
legal action against the bank /persons concerned.

kindly issue me the noc at the earliest without
delay.
