im using hsbc credit card since 2 yrs. sir I paid a cheque and amount was
3151 and hsbc sent me a statement saying that my cheque is clear and after
few days i came to know from that from HSBC saying that cheque was bounced
due to some reason so I submitted one more cheque of 3151 and 2nd cheque got
clear. after few days I came to know that hsbc has taken my 1st cheque
amount also and I was shocked to see that my both the amount they have
taken. Now I would like to file a complaint against hsbc for mentally
harassment so help me how to file a complaint against them.I requested twice
to return my amount but still not returned to me.

Dear Sir,
I was using the HSBC crdit card no. 4384599989260566 in year 2008.
I have not recieved the bills on time and the card has been blocked by HSBC one year
back. Now after more than one year, as per HSBC my outstanding balance is about Rs.
20,000.00. the HSBC representative offered for settelement for Rs. 3500 against
20,000.00.
From the day one I have been requesting HSBC bank to show me the bill but HSBC has
refused to show the bill.
Now the HSBC / recovery agent are calling me every day and abusing me and threatning
me. Now it is becoming mental torture
Please help me by giving your advice.

I got HSBC life time free card from HSBC bank, I never used this card for any txn. They started to put some annual charges suddenly when i became aware i told them to block this card. They blocked and reversed amount itself. but what they did was they generated a new card in place of my blocked card and send to me with out my knowledge. when it was retruned to bank withou delivey they crased it. But the charges was applied to this card like replacement charges card maintenace charges , service tax which i was not aware. When i applied to home loan then i got to know that HSBC issued me a credit card with out my knowledge and put charges and due to non reciept of these charges they provide WRITTEN OFF status to CIBIL. When i called to their nodal manager she said me they will update to CIBIL and WRITTEN OFF will remove.
But this is not fair, i suffered alot from this behaviour from HSBC mistake, i want to pull them to consumer court, please advise me how should initiate this.
