Dear Executive
I m extremely unhappy and hurt by bad services and response from ICICI Bank customer care executive of credit card as well as phonebanking.I made 50 calls and still not able to get solution a small amount of few bucks Rs.10 turned into Rs.3000 its cheating and fraud from ICICI Bank credit card division.
I m one of the oldest, privileged and preferred customer since many years approx 12 years since ICICI Bank Started i am there banking customer and Credit Card customer.I am facing a problem since last 6 months i did called and informed Phonebanking customer care executive but they are not willing to listen,understand and solve my problems. I made arround 50 calls just to re-generate my internet banking passwords which is not working since 6 months i have opted for generating password online and i am habitual of netbaking usage since 5 years.just because netbaking is not working my payment of two credit cards delayed in month of may 2011 though i have already paid all the dues still i m getting outstanding amount statments since then and its increasing every month i did called customer executive for reversal of wrong charges and penalty they committed me for the same in may then on 14 th july but whenever i m receiving statments amount is increasing every month since last 4 months they have charged Rs.2107 on one credit card and Rs.732 on another credit card i have made arround 20 calls today and explained the same problem to them but they are not solving it .I m still unsuccesful in generating my transaction password for netbanking in icici bank made 20 calls today total 50 calls still unsuccessfull .Do i deserve better reply and services from ICICI Bank as privileged customer i am wondering what they are doing with there normal customers .its really cheating how can a bank can charge penalty on no dues ?just i delayed payment for few days and it was genuine reason and banks error as my netbanking is not working and i already informed about the problem since long time and after payment i did called customer care to reverse the small amount charged as penalty now i wonder how come that small charged converted from Rs.10 to Rs.2107 and Rs.732 is there anyone who will pay penalty of Rs.3000 for not able to pay Rs.10 that too in just 3-4 months i hope i get solution of my problem from ICICI Bank as i m there Privileged and preffered customer otherwise i will really close my icici bank account icici direct account and all credit cards.

Netbanking transaction password never worked after 10 complaints
ATM were not updated for credit card payment at any of the nearest branch at indore near my home.
unreasonable penalty and charges on icici bank credit card even after paying the all dues and purchase charges.
