Dear All

I was holding a credit card of deutsche bank till March 2009. from Nov-Dec 2008 onwards they are unnecessary putting extra charges in form of interest charges and late payment charges on my card due to which i decided to surrender this card. In march 2009, i called executive of bank and gave the full amount of final settlement and even destroy my card in his presence, the same was intimated to bank through mail as well.

But still bank is doing billing against my card.

I have already informed them more then 5-7times through mail as well as phone but no progress occurs.

kindly advise me what i will do now as by mistake i have lost the final settlement letter.

An early reply in this regard is highly appreciated.
