Hi,

I am Rishi Gaurav Gupta.
I hold credit card number ***********6837 with Axis bank credit card
division. Now when I have applied for a personal loan from one of the
banks, I came to know that my credit history is bad due to the Axis bank
credit card as there is outstanding balance on my card.

As per my knowledge, the card has not been used even once. How come any
one else use it even, when the card is lying with me till date.

Also, I came to know that Axis bank have submitted such bad history
report to CIBIL as well. May I know the reason, why have this been done?

Kindly look into the matter and remove such undue charges from my credit
history.
