Dear Concerned

Iam Swati Sajwan. I come from a middle class family and i want to drag ICICI
Prudential to the consumer court.
The Co. started a course called PGPMI and the interviews were conducted. Me
and my sister got through the interview
and we decided to join PGPMI only for the reason that
1.they offered us the Post of* Unit managers*
2.The place of posting was the* home town*
3.The package offered was above 2.5 lakh.

We paid Rs 1.5 lakh each for this one year program;my parents could'nt
afford that much so we also took education loan
hoping that once we get into the job we'll repay it.
After the course was over we were put across a condition that we need to get
atleast 3 policies logged in to be a part of ipru.
When we completed this we were offered the post of Financial consultants and
not unit managers moreover our package was
much lower than what has been promised to us and the worst was that even the
place of posting was not our home towns.

My sister,me n many other students like us have been forged by Ipru and our
careers have been ruined. We all had high expectations but we got nothing
from
the co. but only indebted our parents in loans.

We request you to please suggest us what can be done against all this.
I know we can never get that one year of our life that we have already
wasted but we want justice.
Iam writing this mail after thinking for long as i heard that law suits in
India go on till long times but I realy can't bear the pain that
the hard earned money of my parents got wasted.

Hoping for a revert at the earliest.
