    Sub : complain of one bank employee about abusive language with the customer



    I am krishna vishwakarma from dahisar east. my card number is *********2010.
    I am using this card from august-08.My overdue till today is around 23000/-.I
    converted this amount as EMI & my minimum due is my EMI every month i.e. around
    4000Rs.This time i failed to pay my dues on my due date.Bank has blocked my card
    from 2 to 3 months. This was the situation of my card till date.



    on 24/07/09 morning your bank employee Named As Mr Raj, Empl code:12992 from
    chandivali branch called at my landline number. I told him I will pay the amount on
    29th july. Hearing this he started talking very rashly to me, started using abusive
    language related to my mother & father. After hearing this i also got angry &
    reverted same to him but he didn't stop & start harrasing me saying that i will come
    to your place, I will come to your office, you beg to someone or you sell yourself
    but i want my banks money back now only.



    when the situation got worsed, I disconnect the cal,but he called me atleast 30
    times on both my landline & my mobile number with different number.



    I have recorded some conversation in my mobile, but he was aware of allthese things,
    he told me ,"u cant do anything to me,He told me to come in the chandivli branch I
    will show you" but i refused to do so. He doesnt afraid to anything And shameless
    about his ill behaviour and abusive language.



    I want to know If anyone fails to pay the said amount on due date & he is ready to
    pay on some other day, Bank has got the permission to abuse his customer .If yes
    ,who has given the permission to abuse anyone’s mother & father & that person is
    very sure that nothing will happen to him.Noone can do anything about this matter &
    what he did to me is right.



    please revert back with the next action i will have to take or what action you have
    taken about that employee.

    If i am not getting any response from you i will knock the door of consumer court ,
    But that is very sure i will not stop with just writing a mail /letter to you.



    In all his converstion he was saying ,”I m of chandivali branch bank employee. U
    come here I will show you who I m.” I met him in the chandivli branch on 27th july
    at around 2pm in the afternoon, but he was shameless about all these things &
    started the same way as he was doing on phone.

    Please take some positive action as I have the proof of his abuse and ill behavior.
    I expect that you will respond to my letter positively as it has created very bad
    impression of a reputed bank in the eye of customer.

    Please do the needful ASAP.

    Angry Complain against HDFC employee (credit card department)

    I am Pratibha. I hold HDFC credit card since last few years. I have been in financail crises since a bit time so was unable to pay the card payment, However i have always been reporting the same to the customer care. Mr.Pankaj Patil from Credit card departiment is calling me since last few days but as i works in shift i was unable to attende his call. Day before my father attend his call and Mr. Pankaj started abusing on call without checking with whom he is talking. My father being very pateintly tried to gather information why this person was abusing he starting saying that," If your daugther is not able to pay the money, leave her here in our office and we know how to recover the money from such girls."

    Would you please let me know do he has any rights to say this to my father or is this the way that a service provider should deal with their customers? I wish to launch a complain again this person and request you to pls take a serious action against him.

    Dear Ms. Pratibha,

    Kindly send your written complaint to the Head Office of the Bank. You can also lodge a police complaint against that person for misbehaviour.

    Ms minal she has abuse with me on phone regarding payment of credit card INR 16700/-

    This amount is not my . this amount due from my friend Mr. Nitin lone & he is not in town he is in nanded right now & he is not suppose to make payment from there because in nanded there is no any HDFC bank branch that’s reason Mr. Nitin lone call me on my cell he told me arrange above amount & one fellow will come to your office & he hill collect many
    Mr. Nitin called me on afternoon 01:30 & same time I had word with ms minal regarding same send one person to my office & I got call on 04:15 from that fellow he has come in my office & buy the time & I left my office for my office work & I informed him wait in my office for 45 minutes .ones I will reached in office I will give you cash & he told me shall I come tomorrow I said to him okay & same time again ms minal call me & she has used very bad word for me.

    I will appreciate if you will look into the matter

    I am receiving calls from the HDFC Collection team from last 10-15 days for some other person even after informing them that this is wrong number they keep on insisting to provide the number of a person whom I don't know. My only fault is they have my number in their data base. I am using this number from last 8 years and don't even have savings account with this bank.

    I have received calls from the number 02228562006 from different people and they have really stolen the peace of mind by insisting that I am some Nilesh Todenkar or smiler name..

    Kindly help me how I can get relived from this harassment..

    I am Nagesh Bansode from Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. my card number is *********.
    I am using this card from last year and my overdue till today is around 37000. I am paying all dues since last month but i failed to pay my due on last month only. This was the situation of my card till date.

    on 7/06/2010 morning your bank employee called at my landline number. I told her I will pay the amount by netbakking before the due date through the netbanking but she still called me again and told me that you need to pay a check to our executive that she will send to my office. I refused that since i have no problem to pay the dues before the due date but after that she started talking very rashly to me, started using abusive
    language related to my mother & father. After hearing this I disconnected my phone and did not receive the call from her. I want an apology from her ASAP. I will not pay any dues if i have also money because of this behaviour. I want an apology from her.

    Please revert back with the next action i will have to take or what action you have
    taken about that employee.

    If i am not getting any response from you i will knock the door of consumer court ,
    But that is very sure i will not stop with just writing a mail /letter to you.

    I am specialist in Credit Card disputes and settlement , have resolved more than 1510 cases .Credit card debth will be taken care and highest waiver possible .
    Any personal loan issues also do not hesitate to contact me.
    You should know your right ,Collection Agents are not supposed to Harass or annoy the defaulters however chronic the default be.

    I am trying to help my citizens to fall in trap and thankyou to Consumer Court team for giving me this platform .

    Here's an interesting news-item for all those who have suffered harassment and humiliation at the hands of HDFC Bank Credit Card Customer Care Executives:

    Hisar, June 17
    A local court has summoned Aditya Puri, Managing Director of HDFC Bank, to appear in the court on July 17 in connection with a complaint filed against him on charges of extortion under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

    The complainant, local resident Gagandeep Mehta, has alleged that he held an HDFC Bank credit card and had been making regular payments to the bank. However, he changed his residence after which he did not receive any monthly statements.

    The bank issued him a recovery notice for having failed to pay the minimum outstanding dues. The complainant said after receiving the notice he deposited Rs 11,000 on February 2 last year and sought duplicate bank statements from December, 2008, to March, 2009. The bank refused to supply the statements.

    He again deposited a total of Rs 14,000 on three occasions, but the statements were still not supplied.

    Later, the bank offered him a settlement for Rs 27,600. However, when he asked for details of transactions, the bank refused. Instead he was issued a legal notice asking him to pay Rs 47,005. He alleged that he was threatened and abused by bank officials.

    The complainant then filed a complaint in the court of Sunita Gupta, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, who has summoned Puri on July 17 to stand trial.

    Hi,

    I think on this you can go to the news paper and make them hear the recordings. There was a similar case with one of the MNC banks and the cutsomer had gone to Mumbai Mirror with the recordings. The entire episode was published in the news paper and the bank had to sack that employee and also apologise to the customer. I think this is the only way the bank seniors will understand when their jobs are at stake. On any such thing published in the news papers the so called MD's jobs are at stake. Only when it comes to their own reputation they will do something.
    You can find their numbers from the google search and also mark it to them. There is also a case filed against Mr. Aditya Puri for harrasment to the customers. You can also write to him on aditya.puri@hdfcbank.com

    You can write a mail to the Managing Director showing him the low quality of people he recruits. U can write to him on aditya.puri@hdfcbank.com.
    I think this is not acceptable. the customers can have a problem. But this is no way of behaving with women and elders of the family. I think these guys dont have a family background and are recruited from the roadside pan bidi shops to save on recuitment costs. shame on you Mr. Puri to such a behaviour and if your answer is that u cant don anything, then i think you should resigen from the given post and enjoy the money which you have made thru bonuses by fooling your customers

    My name is yadwinder having account in your Bank 00551050019859 in Phagwara branch .Since two year later this is my salery account.I want to open my saving account my home Branch Banga. Due to having non home branch cash deposit charges.Today i going to Banga Branch for a Opening saving account with my same client id 26171340. But Branch Manager regect to open my account ,please give me Reason why my account is not open in my home Branch Banga. I feeling very harrash from Banga Hdfc bank very much. kindly solve my problum.thanks you
