In March08 I have used Card No **********57380, for purchase of Ticket for
Rs. 6654 for which I have not received any statement for the same. As that
was first instance, I was not able to make the payment in time for want of
Payee Details. After receive a call from collection centre I make the
payment on the same date. In the mean time I also agreed to br memmber of
priority sector, for which they have charges 5000 and service tax. Later on
I called them and instructed them to reversed the same. Inspite of my
repeated request Barclay has not reversed the same and my Name sent to CIBIL
as a defulter. Please suggest what action I should take to settle this
issue.
