Hi,
Please refer below e-mail & I have paid 2,00000 in 28/01/2008 to this account 7777 7777 7304 6221 against my outstanding was 191,943.34 & pre closure charges of Rs.5796/- total 197733/-. Bank has to pay me back the excess amount of 2266/-
Above to this I'm receiving statement of this account with negative balance every month and attached statement of April'08 confirms that bank has received payment of Rs.200770/- in Feb'08 statement. I do not understand How come again I need to pay as already I've paid excess of 3036/-.
In below e-mail also outstanding given is (We would like to inform you that principal balance on easy cash loan account as on February 14, 2008 post reversal of loan care premium of Rs.7,450.00 is Rs.191,943.34.)
