Hi,

This is Krishnanand had a HDFC credit card No:5176 3510 0404 0170. This credit card validity got expired. Now I requested for my CIBIL report in that its showing my Current Balance Rs as: 28,016. Then I called to the customer care to pay my full debt amout and asked them, They told that i have to pay Rs: 28,072 and 11 Paise. So I paid that amount by Cheque. Then after few days i called to the customer care and asked of my payment, whether received or not. They told my payment received, and now your balance is showing "Zero" no dues from your side. Then i asked to provide the NOC for that particular Account. They told for NOC you have to call to the collection department.

When i called to that number and asked for NOC. They are saying that I have to Pay another Rs. 37361.18 to provide an NOC. Then i asked to show me the valid proof of that Debt. They are not showing any valid proofs and asking that amount, If i pay that huge amount then only they are going to provide an NOC, Otherwise they won't.

Then what is the use of CIBIL report and the HDFC bank records. Eventhough I paid more than what is there in the CIBIL report and the HDFC records they are not willing to give an NOC.They are asking more than double to that amount.

Please HDFC team to help me out in this.
