My Name is Supriya Tyagi. I have a Credit Card of HDFC Bank since last
year, but I did not use that Card till now. You issued me a Bajaj
Allianz Policy No. OG 09 1104 9961 00005979 (Without my confirmation)
with that card, but i have not applied or signed on any document for any
policy. I got a statement in the month of August'08 against my purchase
and I have paid full amount for this, the name over that Card and Policy
was Mrs. Supriya Tyagi but I am single. I got some credit card
statements they are showing some due amount for that Credit Card. That
full amount is related to that Health Policy No. OG 09 1104 9961
00005979, but I have cancelled that Policy in the November 2008 and all
amount got back in to Credit Card Account (enclosed confirmation mail
from Bajaj Allianz). But HDFC Bank is use to call me again and again. If
I have not applied for any Policy and I have cancelled that Policy then
why should I pay for that? You can see the mails below this mail.
My complaint number of Bajaj Allianz is Ref. No. 31683571, Policy
Number OG 09 1104 9961 00005979 and HDFC Credit Card Number XXXX XXXX
XXXX 6871.
Please look after my matter as soon as possible.
