Hi all,

There was an unauthorized transaction of 18021/- (approx) from my HDFC credit card. I complained of the problem and even tried to send them letters regarding the same (including the card dispute form). I posted the letter through email but got error messages and then I contacted them; following which they send a personnel late to my office (i even posted the mail at the atm box). Finally they say that I am liable to pay the same since 'I did not send the letter on time'.

Could someone help me out if this issue has been resolved?
