Hi,

I was having icici bank credit card, last year I had registered a complaint (dispute) to bank for which I had not made the transaction through internet, bank made me to pay & do the final settlement.... even after final settlement & repeated complaint to customer care, bank & recovery agent keep on calling me to pay my dues..... I had sent an letter to close my credit card with a xerox copy of the final settlement letter from which I had received from the bank.. through registered acknowledgment due post.... I am getting totally sick of this bank..... can you plz help me to resolve this problem.... my email id ragsgk@yahoo.co.in
