    Default S.b.i. Credit card n.o.c. Not received after the settelment

    Dear sir,
    this is to inform you that in the month of september'08 dated 1 st i have cleared the entire dues of my s.b.i. Card no. ************8615 as per the dues in settelment letter. And the dsa named "samadhan" of durgapur also mentioned in the money receipt that full and final payment received for the card and lies no dues.
    But,after that they have told me that within few days they will provide me the n.o.c. But,still today i have not received the same.
    Also,my card still showing the outstanding and my name also featured in the "cibil".for that i am suffering a lot.also, just today itself i got the message in my mobile that my outstanding till 20/11/08 is rs/- 74,000 .whereas your agency knows everything that as per the card statement there are so many wrongly amounts has been mentioned and for that only they have made the settlement for the card.
    Now,kindly let me arrange to send the n.o.c. As well as please arrange to withdraw my name from the "cibil".
    I am eagerly waiting for your valuable response.

    as per my idea best solution is just log a complient on Bank AT RBI using below link

    best of of luck. i hope you will get solution with this.
    but here i am advising you, dont contact any agents and brokers or etc.,, go directly log a call solve your problem.
    if you consult any agent i think they will do the same process.

    hari is someone working for bank i believe.
    i tried this idea ., but no result. just running from pillar to post.

    give practical advice , not theories which are unpractical as it is
