This is regarding my lost credit card.


My CITIBANK PLATINUM CREDIT CARD with card no. **** **** **** 7006 was stolen on 19th May. I came to know about this loss on 20th May. I blocked it immediately by informing them about the mishap. But till that time multiple fake transactions were already done. I then filed a F.I.R complaint and then mailed the entire desired document to CITIBANK. I told them that all the transaction that was done 19th May were fraud. But the bank is denying this fact.

Citibank never gave a reasonable answer to it. I requested the bank to perform the detailed investigation regarding the case and thus prove my innocence but they are not taking the case seriously. They are neglecting all the facts that I have stated. They are sticking to only one point which they mention in every mail. Bank only concludes at that "it’s your liability and you have to pay".

Adding to injury, there were few benefits/policies which their relationship manager promised me during initial conversation, now the bank is refusing it all. They are now saying that the particular benefit is only for the selected VISA platinum card. To attract the customer they make false statements.

They are forcing me to pay for the transactions which I haven’t done.

Bank could have investigated the case properly as these transaction was done from mall & could have catch the culprit as there were CCTV in the mall. But they are not considering my case seriously.

I haven’t received any alerts from the bank when such radical transactions were going on.

They are not trying to help me out. They are repeating same thing again & again; doesn’t providing me any solution. I trying my best to fully corporate with CITIBANK but haven’t received any such signs from other side. I’m very upset with such a biased behavioral.

Please help me out. I'm very stressed out.
