    Unhappy my complaint to tata-aig company

    Dear sir

    My name is s.venu,staying in hyderabad
    last two months back i received a call from tata-aig throught hsbc credit card deport
    the tata-aig people with out my conformation home secure policy was activated

    after activation with in 10 days i called up to tata aig customer care and say him
    to cancel my policy.he said to me with in 7 working days your policy was cancelled.
    but last 2 months onwards my police was not cancelled.on that day onwords iam
    sending every week mail to tata-aig plz. cancel my policy.but they are not
    responding

    so plz help me.

    If they activate any policy Without your confirmation and now they are not replying you then this is the case of deficiency of service. Kindly provide us your full contact details and the policy details.

    Default LAXMI PACKERs and movers

    Laxmi Packers and movers are not a proper packers and movers.I have engaged them on aug 1st to transport my household goods from bangalore to chennai.

    Packing is not done by trained people.So they will do will do very slowly and things are not properly packed.They started packing nearly at 11am and completed by 8 pm in the evening.

    Initially,they told that the goods will be reached next day morning by 9 am to chennai even the driver called and said they have reached chennai and there was drama between bangalore manager and chennai manager....for send the people...after my thousands of calls they have reached at 4 pm in the evening. Actually they I have paid 600 rs for unpacking..but those people didn't unpacked because their chennai manager said not to unpack. when I talked to Bangalore manager then he replied very rash and asked to complaint any where you want...and things damaged a little bit.
    Also the bills are not proper because of that , bills are not reimbursed by my company... nearly 15k I have spent from my hand because of LAXMI PACKERS AND MOVERS.So Please dont go for LAXMI PACKERS and MOVERS

    Default Stoking customer to buy policy

    I received a call from TATA AIG INSURANCE couple of days back in regards to my motor insurance for renewal.

    The representative gave quoted me a price and it asked him to confirm it through email and call after a day time.

    The rep called in busy hour i asked him to call back in a different time.I got a wired response from the rep saying the will keep calling me until i take the policy with Tata Aig insurance.

    He repeatedly called me nothing less than 15-20 times.which i was really upset and did not answer.

    Speaking to customer service regarding this, Tata customer service people are saying because of month end target rep are forced to speak to clients that way.

    The number the Tata people called me was 020-66805100 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting@@@@@@@@@@@@@@020-66805100@@@@@@end_of_the_skype_highlighting begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 020-66805100 end_of_the_skype_highlighting from Pune.

    This is brutal harassment can some one look into it seriously.

    Default Not responding branch manager-tata aig jind

    Branch manager-mr bal krishan soni is misbehaved with me,after getting appointment he was not available in office.
    I am also the advisor -my reg is 1874919
    i am in loss of rs 30000/-also planning to go consumer court.
    Three month ago he promise to me to solve my problem but not responding.
    Today he says i hve 350 advisor,i dont remember what is the problem.
    I left my interest to continue my business for tata aig.
    You can check my ist year submission of insurance.
    I never received any gift.
    I am requested to to please arrange to terminate such type of person those are making a big loss
    for tata aig
    i can give the necessary affidavit if you require against mr soni.
    I am very fed up with such type of member of tata aig.
    He promise me to help me but this is very shocked today he says i dont know what is your problem

    please help me.
    Finally i plan to give resign to tata aig

    Angry Tata AIG insurence fraud

    Hi,
    I was offered a life insurance policy through HSBC credit card.i opted for it and gave the verbal acceptance to auto debit the premium from my credit card.
    recently i broke up the relationship with HSBC so i called up to discontinue the policy from Tata AIG but they suggest me that i can pay the premium through any other credit card so i gave them the details of my other credit card from CITI bank.in this process to my surprise i came to know that TATA AIG is charging me for a policy which i never took from them as it was for Some Mr. Vasoya and premium was going from my credit card. i did not notice that because Tata AIG offered me another polict in addition to my base policy, so i thought that payment was for the additional policy.but acctually the payment done till date of Rs:104610 was for some Mr. Vasoya which is unknown for me.
    i have logged a complain and the complain number is :6418423 and the disputed policy number is :BTM10000001671.,premium was paid on monthaly basis from Sept 2008.
    Now i want the amount and intrest paid for the amount as it was a case of 420 with me.
    please suggest and let me know the legal steps.

    Log compliant with citi bank and Tata-aig. if not responded then log compliant with bank and Tata-aig Nodal Officer or IRDA.

    Angry TATA-AIG Cheating

    I got a very worst experience with TATA-AIG, they have literally cheated me and i'm going to complaint to IRDA. I got the second hand car and i informed TATA-AIG i got it through customer care and i was told only when you receive the transfered RC book you can do the transfer. There was a small accident in between and when i register the claim they have accepted and keep quite. Once the claim has come to picture they were telling it is not possible that too unprofesstionaly

    Dont walk to chennai office beauty is they dont know English one stupid called Saravanan is there he is literally taking everyone crazy. And when i called customer care they are telling it is possible to do and both customer care guys and this fellow literally fighting and there is no clear process in place.

    So dont ever go there to this company

    Now i want to renew my policy..

    Default Tata aig medical policy no hcp99000006394

    I received a call from HSBC and was given an offer stating that an exclusive policy is offered to HSBC credit card holders from TATA AIG. Further, I was told that I will have an option to pay on monthly basis without any interest. When I asked the representative to share the details over email I was told that since it is an exclusive offer to HSBC Card holders it will not be possible to share the details if you agree and confirm to buy the policy the original policy documents will be sent to you and will have the right to cancel the policy in 15 day free look in period with a charge of Rs. 99. My policy was was issued and in force from 1-Apr-11 and Received my policy documents by 7-Apr-11. After reading the terms and conditions I took a decision to cancel the policy. On 11-Apr-11 I cancelled the policy but again toke a decision and reactivated the policy on the same day. I was still not confident so on 13-Apr-11 I finally called and cancelled my policy. My free looking period was until 15-Apr-11. I have made several calls since but have not received my refund amount yet and today is 9-May-11. They said the payment is processed on 3-May-11 and should be credited on 11-May-11 latest. Some how I am not confident.

    Please advice and help.

    dear SIR/MADAM

    2 days before i received a call from TATA-AIG Delhi office,Mr.Diwkar had made the call on my ladline number(01212700061)
    he was suggesting some investing schemes,but as i denied because of insufficient funds at that he replied that"MR.GUPTA YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY AND YOU ARE TELLING A LIE".then i asked him how could you say that at that he replied that i have collected your data from bank and it confirms that you rare telling a lie.
    is this the way you people ask for investment how could your employee say such a statement in my context.


    please take the necessary steps and provide me with a suitable solution for the same problem.

    DEAR SIR,

    With due respect I would like to inform you that I have applied for surrender of my Tata-Aig Life Insurance policy mentioned above on 31st October 2011,time 4:40 P.M. and also given all the necessary document as required by the local office but till now I now have not eceived the payment for the same.

    Also I have followed several times.

    Kindly take the necessary action at the earliest and release my payment soon without delaying.

    Thumbs down Complaint against TATA AIG General insurance claim

    Myself Raman Vaid taken a Transport insurance from TATA AIG with insurance number 840008021/B0798 for my Goods transported from Delhi to Bangalore. I have raised for a claim 000502931 on 12th of Oct 2011 & a surveyor visited on 19th Oct 2011.Now I am keep on tracking my claim but not getting any response from TAT AIG against which I logged a complaint in TATA AIG call center 205936 & suppose to revert me back within 48 hours but now 48 days have passed but getting no call. Please help me to track my application for claim & kindly put some efforts for getting my claim sanctioned.I have called TATA AIG call center 10 times but still nobody able to tell me about my claim.Always getting a 48 hours revert calls
