    Default ATM card not received

    I have logged a complaint for lost of ATM card and have applied for a new ATM card on 11/04/2011 and my request was registred vide my service request no. SR 173448447 on the same day. it is informed that the card will be issued with in 8 working days. on 18/4/2011 i received a call from the customer care that the card has been processed and will be received within 4 working days.
    Today on 07/05/2011 again i received a call from customer care and was informed that my complaint was not registred and now we have processed and card will be issued within 8 working days.
    Though it has been completed 26 days i have not yet received my ATM card till date which shows their lackness and i am facing lot of difficultied for operating my account without ATM card for the past days.

    hi i am pulak chatterjee i have with draw a amount of rs 10000 (ten thousand from my account no 127301500188 from
    hdfc ATM at AWHO SOCIETY Gr. Noida on 11.05.2011 but i was surprise when I unfortunately i received a msg that I have with drawn another 5000.00 from my account when i try to contract the bank 24 hrs no body responded to my call so i would like to request your good self to look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest

    hi I m Dhirendra , when I went to Pune I called in Customer Care ,for some help regarding a problem "message not being send to the receiver" then a girl named Ishika Joshi attended my call , wen i told my problem to her she delicately denied to sort my problem wen I said ki i vl make a complaint for u she told me u can make, no action will be taken, she also gave her mobile number no. 9960929699 and told that give me a cal and give this number in office also let see wat happens, nw i wann see hw u help ur customer my email id hai singhinwildlove@gmail.com,

    Default Complaint against customer care executives of ICICI bank

    The customer care executives are not responding properly and even they are not ready to take down the complaint. I have faced a lot of problems because of the ICICI bank. I have to pay fine to other banks for not clearing the ECS from my account. ICICI bank is giving very third class service to their customers.

    Default Date of birth registered wrongly in my account

    My Birthday has been registered wrongly in my account, so that i couldnt do any transactions through online, since all the transactions are asking my birthday..
    Kindly tell how i can view my basic details given to bank while creating the account through online and what should be done if it has been created wrongly and change it to correct one

    I am addressing this to the top Management of ICICI Bank and Consumer Court.

    My name is Tejas Shetty and I have been using ICICI's Account since donkey years.
    I am very very disappointed, disgusted, irritated with the pathetic service from ICICI bank.
    I think ICICI have taken the challenge of mesmerizing / frustrating their customers to death.
    There are 2 things which I would like to highlight.

    1) ICICI provides an internet login ID and password for customer's convenience so that we can access our account details from anywhere but it hardly works.
    Because every time I try to login, it asks me to enter OTP (One time Password) for security reasons as they identified some change in my accessing parameters.
    They say that OTP will be generated on your registered mobile no.
    First, I don’t receive any such message about OTP on my mobile.
    Second, when I try to message “IBOTP” TO 5676766 / 9215676766, it replies back saying “Dear Customer, the validity of the OTP requested by you has expired. Please login again.”
    Now I just can’t waste my valuable time behind such bullshit online service.
    What are you going to do to solve this?

    2) I have been requesting ICICI feedback team about one service which I would really like to see in every ICICI branch office. And I am sure all the ICICI customers would agree on this. I would like to see a credit card enquiry counter at every ICICI branch.
    If you can’t afford this counter at every branch, at least have one counter at one branch of each station.
    Let me share a nightmare experience with you.
    I was using an ICICI credit card back in 2009 and normally I used to pay my bills on time.
    For once I didnt pay the the credit card bill before due date for some discrepancy in statements, ICICI jumped on the opportunity and fined me big time.
    While I was trying to resolve this case peacefully, they kept on charging me. And the amount only grew bigger.
    When I told them that I can’t afford to pay such a huge penalty amount as I belonged to middle class family, they didn’t provide much assistance and later I started getting
    calls from ICICI collection department based at Andheri East.
    Now you won’t believe I have never heard such a foul, vulgar and offensive language from
    the ICICI executives. They sounded like some cheap illiterate idiots / gundas.
    They threatened me and were very harsh on me over the phone.
    When I warned them that I will approach Police and sue a case against them, they started abusing police as well.
    I wondered whether ICICI have joined any Mafia team Or are they the next underworld King?
    One mistake which I did that time and which I regret now was that I failed to bring this to notice to the Police officials. I just didn’t want to get into the mess that time but now I realize that I should have done that for good.
    I should have contacted Police so that they could have taken strict measures against ICICI collection department.

    I fail to understand why they can’t have at least 1 enquiry counter for Credit Card queries at each station because that would really make our life so easier.
    I am very disappointed to say that ICICI ‘s service graph is moving downwards day by day.
    To the TOP MANAGEMENT of ICICI - Please do something before its too late..

    Dear Sir,
    I Mr.Pradeep K varpe Saving A/c holder since last 5 years (2007)and A/c no is 004401536663.I got SMS on dated 21st Feb 2012 time 10:47 PM "You have debit card purchase Apple I Tune Rs- 5,115/-"But i do not understand this massage because I could not use my debit card on dated 21st Feb 2012.Also my debit card was not missing.I intimate your bank and online compliant has been launched on dated 22nd Feb 2012.My Complaint No is -SR214271973.I request you please transfer Amount of Rs-5,115/- with interest within next 7 working days.Other wise i will launch the complaint against ICICI Bank in Consumer Foram please take a note of that.
