    My problem is very simple I called up in Oct-09 to knwo the total outstanding that i need to pay on my credit card.i was given an amout that i need to pay ie Rs-Rs30323.I made the payment on 28/10/09.Now I am reciving an statement on 20/11/09 for the total outstanding amount of Rs-1121 to be paid.This is what I am disbuting when I have already paid the total amount that also I confermed by calling ICICI Bank customer care.I need help to solve this problem as this would be happening to 1000 of customers like me.

    Default renewal of FDs

    Dear sir,
    I am lt col rameshwar gupta, i am holding an account in ICICI Bank, sadar bazar, Agra, branch. i have invested Rs 7,63,200/- in 13 FDsin the same bank. my customer ID is 511708367 and a/c no is given above. my FDs matured on 26/10/2009. due to certain official commitements i could not reach the bank to get it renewed. now the bank is not renewing my FDs from 26/10.they are renewing from the current date. i am one of the old customer and expect the bank to extend such services to me, at least. besides i have not taken out the money, it is still with the bank. May i request you to help me out and get my FDs renewed from 26/10 only.

    Subj : Illegal charges and holding up info for reduction in Interest rates



    Dear Mr Pathak,



    I and my friend are ICICI bank home loan account holders (LBABD000003524000for past
    5 years. On several occasions the bank has reduced the interest rates as per the RBI
    guidelines and financial condition in the market.

    During that period I have got to know that bank has deliberately withheld to inform
    us reduction in interest rates so as to switch over to the lesser rate. It has been
    repeatedly brought to the notice of the bank authorities during personal visit to SG
    highway branch and also spoken telephonically on their customer service no 66309890.


    They would have an explanation that we have already released an Ad in news paper for
    the same (which newspaper nobody knows) since it’s difficult for them to send
    letters to every customers though even our mobile no is registered. Strange but true
    that when there is a hike in the rate of Interest there is immediately letter issued
    to our residence stating the hike as well as increase in no of installments. Clear
    case of open manipulation.



    Secondly when I have gone to the bank for changing the interest rate on the existing
    loan bank has also been charging switch charges (.2%) Is that LAW VALID AS PER RBI
    RULES? CAUSE OTHER PVT BANKS LIKE IDBI DO NOT CHARGE THE SAME.



    Even was informed when I asked the bank for closing my loan account and transferring
    it to other bank, we shall be forced to PAY FORECLOSURE CHARGES which is NOT VALID
    AS PER RBI RULES ( AS PER NEWS INFO IN TIMES OF INDIA DATED 22 ND SEPT)



    We request to take up the matter with ICICI sternly and get a permanent suitable
    solution for the same cause otherwise we will approach to consumer court as well as
    file an RTI to this effect.

    Default Delay in getting ATM card

    i am Rajesh Pandhi from Mohali.I gave the request for new ATM card as my present ATM card was worn out.The executive told me that it is mandatary to stop the present ATM card before despatching new ATM card.I asked the executive that is it possible that you can stop the present ATM after i receive the new ATM but he told no.So i said ok.Immediately he stopped my present ATM.But even after seven days i didnt got the new ATM.When i again enqired from the help line they told that there is no request for new ATM but they confirmed that my present ATM is stopped .Then i again gave the request for new ATM which i only know, was again not easy because i called on 5055700 five times to register my request.Finally i was lucky that my request was taken and the executive told me that he will process the request on express route.On 4th of this month i got SMS that my card has been despatched but today it is 8th and yet i have not got the ATM .If this is the best service that ICICI bank is offering then i wonder what is the meaning of best.I am working in a MNC and i know what is the meaning of customer.I am without ATM from the last 20 days and my office hours are from 8 morning till 8 evening and weekly off is sunday.So i cannot even use check to withdraw money.Please do the needful as early as possible.

    on date.11/2/2010 i asked on tel. No 28307777 (at@ 10.15 am) whether icici bank will remain open on date 12/02/2010? Because it was mahashivratri & govt. Holiday. But the fellow on other end told me "no" i confirmed the answer by asking the same question twice but the answer was unchanged "no" so next day on date bytraveling@ 25 kms. I visited icici vashi branch & saw the closed shutters! This caused me loss of money time & moreover mental tension just due to one wrong answer! ---who is responsible?---

    I was the holder of card of Bank of punjab vide No.4443 4100 2956 0008. Lastly i was not pay the payments due to my kidney problem.My family members settled your card payment Rs.25000/- on dt. 06.03.2009 in two shots,
    (5000/- throgh bank receipt of dt 27.02.09 & Rs 20,000/-=25000/- vide your receipt No. 7342932 dt.6.03.09.) under settlement letter no IBCC/COR/867109 DT 26.02.2009 signed by Mr Ravi Gupta& collected by Mr.Mohinder Bansal & again Rs. 14000/- from me on same card No. on dt 09 OCT 2009 VIDE STTLEMENT letter no APPD05100900312 signed BY & collected by,Vikas Srivastva on dt 10.10.09 of ICICI bank Sec-9 Chandigarh. This is a cheating with a customer by your bank employees.
    A person who was under medical treatment & give full case history to your bank then your employees cheated to the family member of the diseased person. This is a shamefull cheating by your department peoples.

    I request you to see the matter & after checking the matter kindly refund my amount of Rs.14000/- as early as possible.

    Thumbs down Cheque Withheld

    I have deposited an HDFC bank Cheque on 26th Feb 2010. The amount has been debited from the HDFC Bank but has not been credited to my accont.

    When i call the customer care, they telll me they dont have any reason why the amount has not been credited to my account.

    Can anybody tell me why it's happening. I am extremely disappointed. My name is Mona Kanjilal. My account number is 000701625192.

    Default Harassment from Barclays Bank Recovery Agents

    Dear sir/madam


    I was holding a credit card issued by Barclays bank bearing No. 4339-4889-0709-7217 and had the full and final settlement for the same credit card vide settlement no-MUM/BCGOLD/62357 dated 14/11/2009. I had done all payment as per the settlement letter to CSF Financial Services Pvt. Vide receipt no- C 1016525 cash Rs 3000/- and C 1063756 Rs 2000/ Cheque no- 524399.
    The Executive from Barclays Bank called to my brother and my sister-in law from 011-40742209 and used the abusive language with my brother and sister-in-law. When my brother told to your executive that my brother have settled this account full & final and obtained a receipt for the same. My brother getting abusing calls every day at least 04-05 times in day.

    Please advise, what should I do.

    Any one want to enjoy the worlds laziest customer service experience? Please bank with ICICI bruda bank. Any service requests simply takes 18 months only, that can't assure may extended to next decade.

    Who gave the world 2009 banking awards? How much you guys paid! there is a lot of issues yet to resolve still getting awards, so great???.

    There is no customer focus, there is nothing else to say. Hope everyone understand.

    This is a harsh experince against icici bank in reagrd to false issuing of credit card with my name and false address and also asking repsyment of the same amount without using card and also services how it can happen u r forced to pay.please solve the issue immediately.

    I,Iqbal,am a home loan taker from ICICIC BHILAI now i wish to close my account but his behavior is so rude that it seems that icici bank doesn't bother about his customer's feeling what previously it has to be.I did not understand where to complain against him.

    Default Money is deducted from my account

    Dear Sir,

    I'am Kunal Sharma, I'am having my salary account in ICICI Bank and activated Internet Banking also. I use to recharge my Prepaid Mobile Phone form Prepaid Mobile Option after login. Last time i.e. on 7/2/2011 when I was recharging my phone after entering my transaction password ICICI Bank internet account shown me some error after this I have tried again for 2 more time but same error was there and my mobile phone was not recharged. In all this three attempts after long time my prepaid mobile is got recharged only one time But when I have seen my A/C Detail the money is deducted from it for all three time attempts including those two attempts also i.e. 333><2= 666 INR is deducted extra from my account and it is 9/2/2011 my A/C is not credited with this amount of money.

    My transaction details are as under:

    Angry Unhappy about the services given by the Customer car (ICICI Bank)

    Hi Am Rashmi Jayaraj residing in Bangalore. I hold a salary account with ICICI bank. My Visa Debit card was lost, upset about this i called customer car for help, but the first advisor was totally unhelpful and didnt speak to me in a professional way. The service is provided is way out of limits. The advisor was not even ready to help and did not provide any options even. After me repeatedly asking for his name he denied to say his name also. Later I had to disconnect and call back then the second advisor was helpful and advised me what needs to be done. I had to ring the third time to customer care to sort the problem out and hence this time i directly requested to speak to a manager and solve this. I Spoke to Pawan from Customer care management. I gave him the my account details and then requested for help and he finally blocked my account after all this calls. Later I also said that i would like to complain on the First advisor who spoke to me, and requested for clear answers for those transaction happening in my account without my knowledge. He said he will call back to speak about this and yet there is no response from him yet. Still the transactions remains unclear. Am not so sure to continue my accounting with ICICI any more as there is no services level and no security for the funds present in my account.
