    Dear Sir,



    This is to bring your attention that I am a credit card holder in your
    Barclays Bank. This is my bad experience that I had taken the credit card
    from your bank. I am being force to pay fraud transaction shown by you of
    Rs. 3600/- which I have never done and even you are not able to produce the
    proof of the same. I was suggested by my friends not to choose the credit
    card of thar reputation of your Bank is "fraud" in market still I done the
    foolish mistake and really I suffered for the same in form of unauthorized
    transaction debited by you.



    This is now my final instruction and warning to you that please do not debit
    any fraud transaction into my account in futue. I have broken and destroyed
    my credit card so in future there will be no chance of any use of the card
    and since two months I have not used Barclays Credit card. In future if I
    will found any unauthorized transaction in my statement then you will suffer
    for your outstanding. I will not pay a single rupee for the same and your
    whole amount will be ruin. If your will irritate me I will file a complaint
    in Police station against your harassment. I hereby declare that I am not
    liable to make the payment for any transaction in future for Barclays bank
    credit card.



    Secondly, I want to change my EMI schedule so arrange me EMI outstanding
    equally into three installment and send me the confirmation of change of
    schedule I will pay the sum as early as possible and would like to
    discontinue our relation.



    I will strongly recommend to everybody that never apply for Credit Card from
    your bank.



    Note : If you will do any cheating with me further I will not leave you, I
    will take every strong step to satisfy to punish you, I have so may options
    to do so remember never try to torture your customer.

    I have the barclays bank credit card.I am paying regularly the amount of payment
    that is reflected in statement.But in the sep statement There are different type of
    charges (Late payement,ECS Bounce charges,Interest,Tax Etc.).I have paid 2013 Rs
    instead of 762 Rs.
    My payment is of 762 Rs. and paid through Ecs every month regularly.

    They are giving the reason that when ECS hit my account there was no sufficient
    balance.
    But my payment due date is 9th and there was sufficient balance in my account.I had
    sent the hard copy of my statement to barclay bank and told them to solve the
    problem.As there was sufficient balance in my account on the due date then why there
    are different charges.They told me that ECS hit my account 3-4 days before the due
    date.that's why ECS bounce.

    But sir I knew that my due date is 9th and i will pay on 9th .Why i pay 3-4 days
    before the due date.So please guide me what i have to do.If you require the copy of
    statement i will send it to .(Statement clearly shows that i have sufficient balance
    in my account on the due date.

    Several times i have made the request for reversal of charges,as these charges are
    totally wrong and are from the bank side only.

    Please suggest me what i have to do

    Well after reading your complaint I really feel that you cannot make proper story cos if a fraud was to happen it should be of more than 3600. Apart from that after reading your last statement of "EMI adjust" I can surely say you are a defaulter who him self is fraud. Please stop writing nonsense....

    Hello Neeraj,

    We have gone through your complaint, and suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD via registered post, mention all the details (Date wise), attach photocopy of the credit card statement, and your account statement and ask them for the refund + 12% interest + damages within the mention time of 15-20 days.

    Default Unauthorized transaction at Telebrands through Barclay card

    Hello,

    I have just received a message from Barclay's card company that my cc was charges 11388 for an online purchase on 19th and after I call the customer care they inform me thats an online purchase at telebrands bill desk. I have never ordered or even visited their website, then how can they charge me. Even if someone did, then he/she will be asked to enter an unique password at Barclays site page to authorize the transaction. Can a hacker break into that too???

    Now Barclays guy say it would take 45 days to 60 days to investigate. And will not be able to confirm now, if the refund can happen.

    What should I do'?
