    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I have a ICICI credit card with me. Card No. **********12009. I had given my
    company adress and E-mail ID for the corruspondence. I left that company in December
    2008 and requested ICICI for change of adress and E-mail ID. But they did not take
    my request as my cheque book request was also there same time.

    I didn't received the statement so I had made the cheque payment for the due amout.
    I am not aware of if that cheque was honoured or dishonoured as the all my
    statements are going to my old compant adress.

    I again contacted ICICI for checking the status and change of adress, they told they
    have not received the payment and I told them to send the statements again and
    change my adress and e-mail ID. I had given the cheque no by which I had made the
    payment to the ICICI customer care executive as well as the person who was came to
    my house for the new adress varification. A nd he told me that he will check and
    confirm that cheque status.

    But they once after the adress confirmation they directly taken out money due money
    with interest and financial charges from my ICICI savings account. They never
    informed me for the non receipt of payment. Even I myself asked about the statement
    as I was not receiveing any statements from ICICI. Height to it is even after they
    taken out their due money with late payment fees and financial charges they are
    still charging me late payment fees and financial charges. The late payment fees and
    financial charges they put me are huge and it is again increasing with compound
    interest.

    All the correspondence mails are attached herewith for your info.

    I sincierely request you to help me out and give me justice.

    Exclamation ICICI Bank Loots me as Well

    It is highly degressive for a company of ICICI Bank's recognition to provide such poor services and more so when I had already made the outstanding payment of Rs 300 (wheras my Total due amount was Rs 261.04) well before the due date in form of a Citibank cheque no "149294" dated 6th dec'09 . To assist in making my payment successful and intimate me in case of any errors happening, I had even provided my cell no. at the back side.

    But, to my surprise, instead of calling me and letting me know the status of my cheque they could spare enough time, money and effort to call me continously through their recovery agents who instead levied on me extra charges of 800 INR Approx.
    This included Late payment and additional tax on it.

    This is a very bad example of the customer care not being able to service said standards, and who in turn leave no stone unturned to behave rudely with customers especially at times when their support is most solicited.

    I am at loss of words as to how do i address this problem to which I already have incurred lots of valuable office time, and unnecessary costs and energy which could have been much better used.
    Moreover, they dont provide any Managers' email ids to contact incase of discrepancies.
    Please help me fight this corrupt bank.

    Default Firgery by bank people

    I have given a postdated(30-SEP-09) cheque towards my ICICI credit card payment on august 13, 2009 for which I have a receipt. Unfortunately it got submitted in my bank in the month of August, it very clearly shows that either they have manipulated the date or banker has shown negligency while accepting the chque. Regarding the same i have given written complaint and requested for my cheque leafs to know what went wrong and where it went wrong.

    Till date I have not receive the original cheque leaf or a copy of it. Is it legal process, what the best I can do in this regard.

    I appreciate if any body is ready to fight with me legally in this regards.

    Red face Losses due to poor service

    Credit Card No 4477460005640000 Name K Ramchandran

    We have entrusted your services for the payment of following 4 bills:

    1. RelianceEnergy

    2. Mahanagar Gas

    3. Tata Indicom

    4. MTNL

    Regrettably service has been inefficient and irregular. there is no discount from you. Often payments are not made on flimsy an flippant grounds. Fines arising out of your delay are not payed back to us.

    For no reason given to us MTNL bill SL: 00358442 due on 27-1-2010 for 3379.00 has not been paid so far. Emergency action is required from us to prevent service cut.

    Please let us know if there is any reason for us to continue your card.

    Angry Remove My Name From RBI CIBIL Which Shows Pending Amount for CC 4443410123567008

    I am Sathyamurthy Iyer from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I owned a credit 2 years back from Centurian Bank - CC No. - 4443 4101 2356 7008. Later recovery of credit cards was managed by ICICI bank and I had settled my credit card with ICICI Credit Card department in Sakar I, Ahmedabad office for INR Rs. 32,800 (Ref/ICICIAHM/08-09/1208/67/FW/N/MAR). Even after two years of payment my account was liened last week for 2 days without any intimation. I was unable to withdraw any amount from account though my family was hospitalized. I have forwarded the request to your local credit card department at Sakar I, Ahmedabad. regarding the settlement and necessary information as required. And even after a week of the same, am informed that my name still shows in the RBI CIBIL report with pending amount for the credit card. It is my humble request to your bank that please remove the pending amount on my name from CIBIL report.

    Please check your records properly and do the needful. Early reply to this email would be appreciable.

    2 days back i received a call from Delhi police Sub. Inspector Dayanand Joshi claiming that ICICI bank has filed a case against me and gave me the case no. BLA415/2010, and after speaking to the concerned advocate of the bank, Madam Anita Sharma who asked me to run to the bank immediately during office hours and clarify the details, confirmed that it was filed by lack of information. Yesterday i received a letter through DHL courier from Sharma Associates again. So, i feel really harassed and irritated by the constant and incorrect activities ofthe bank, though i have closed the account.

    And with constant follow-up with the local branch and submissions on online forums, have received no dues statement fromthe Bank . But the local executive neglects the issue to remove name from CIBIL claiming that sending request to remove customer name is not their part of responsibility. I have emailed to headservicequality and cibil customer service on my own with scanned copies of the documents and proof of closed account, but have not received any reply from them. This is my request to the reputed CIBIL organization andICICI bank to remove my name from the list on urgent basis.

    Default Overdue Amount

    I am Rajesh Prajapati having ICICI Credit card. Due to carelessness of collection of cheques from drop boxes they have colelected and deposited cheques later in bank and now they are charging Interst and other charges treating late payment. I have already made correspondence but no reply nor any action from their side and my account day by by becoming more overdue.The correspondence made to the herewith attached for your reference.

    Sub. : Outstanding Overdues in my Account

    Ref. : Account No. 4477 4622 1078 7006

    This is with reference to above cited subject and refernce to the credit card which has been overdue since long. Since inception of use of credit card with your bank I am regularly paying the dues which has always been marked in Invoice as “The Total amout due” and not a “minimum amount due” as per invoice.Smoothly running of my account will be best judged by your good bank record to prove the account was being regulary maintined and operated.Only the reason to become the account overdue due to the facts gathered as hereunder.

    Account has been started to be overdue when I have raised a cheque bearing No. 000137 dated 04/10/2008 of Rs. 198/- drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank which had dropped in drop box on 05/10/208 at JMC House Branch, Ahmedabad.The said cheque was, after due date, collected by the representative of ICICI and make a deposit into the bank. Surprisingly I had received one message in my mobile as “Received cheque no. (000137) of Rs. 198/- on 18/04/2008 for payment to your ICICI Bank Credit Card No. 4xxx7006. Thank You”. This is the first payment where I have been made defaulter to late payment and interest has been charged by bank on this amount accordingly.

    Second payment of Rs. 170/- drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank vide cheque no. 061786 on 05/12/2008 which was due on 07/12/2008 and cleared in my account on 08/12/2008. However, I have got message from your good bank that “Received cheque no (061786) of Rs. 170 on 08-DEC-2008 for payment to your ICICI Bank Credit Card no 4xxx7006.Thank you..”Receivng the cheque after due date is also laible to make more defaulty my account.

    Also I have received foolish message on 18/03/2009 that “Payment not received on your ICICI Bank Credit Card 4xxx7006. Please pay minimum due of Rs. 100/- before 2009-03-20 to avoid further charges.Ignore if paid already.” though I have already made the payment of my Invoice.

    One more incidence that has made my account more overdue by charging Interest and other charges though I have made payment to the bank by dropping the cheque before due date and there was a message on 11/08/2009 from your bank that “ Received cheque no 945790, subject to realization, of Rs. 225 on 10-AUG-2009 for payment towards your ICICI Bank Credit Card no 4xxx7006.Thnak you.”.The said cheque was already dropped into drop box on 06/08/2009 which was due on 07/08/2009.This has made the account more overdue considering the late payment.

    Very surprisingly matter is that once I receive the message that the cheque received for your ICICI Bank Credit Card 4xxx7006 and later on the second message remaindering that “We have not received the cheque. Please pay minimum Rs.100/- to avoid further charges. Ignore if paid already”.

    Since long time I am not receiving Invoice from your good bank and hence the same had created the problem to pay the amount of bill.Though there was no Invoice I have paid the amount on the basis of purchases/Services availed by me.

    As the account has been got overdue I have talked with the representatives to the ICICI Bank for the matter and had promised to reverse the Interest or late charges which were debited to my account.Instead of reversing the same the account has been got abnormally overdue till today which is not in my interst. I have also tried to contact on customer care but nothing had heard except only ready made messages tapped in to cassette.

    Today I am totally unhappy with the services of you Bank and do not avail any credit facility of the card in my name.I am sending herewith on cheque Appx. Rs.300/- of my last bill against my outstanding bill which please credit to the account and close the account by reversing the all charges and interest which has debited to the account. I am not interested and will not going to to pay the cumulative Interst and other penal charges as it is not in my fault.

    You are kindly requested to close the account and do not make any further correspondence in this regard nor do send any message for any overdue amount which is not overdue.

    Overdue amount is only due to the non collection of cheques from drop box on time.

    You are kindly requested to close the account by reversing all interest / penal charges charged.

    Default Do confirm my Maximum credit card amount.

    Date: 15/04/10

    I am Narender Singh having Icici credit card no. .........8001, regst. Mobile 9212682409. I have 30,000/- limitation in my credit card for purchasing. In that I have already activated an insurance policy so I have 27415/- limitation of purchasing. On 09-04-10 I called Customer care and asked him my maximum limit of purchasing he did confirm me the same amount(27,415/-). Further I told him "I am going for purchasing of laptop amount of 27000/-". he replied yes you are allowed and you can purchase today for this amount. After that I went Nehru place, it is 40 km from my house, for purchasing laptop.

    There the merchant swapped the card for 27000/- but he got an error of decline from Icici bank. I called customer care again about 5 pm on 09/04/10 and asked the problem. He replied me " You are not allowed for this transaction". I asked why I m not allowed though that amount in my limitation & I did confirm before purchasing. He did not give me satisfactory answer. I asked him to transfer my call to your senior. I asked him the same question "why I m not allowed though that amount in my maximum limit and I had confirm it before coming here, far 40 km from my home". He misguided me about half hour and I did not get my question’s answer. I asked him to transfer my call to your Manager. I asked the manager(Mr. Parmod, Senior Manager) the same quotation. He replied me that you have penalties in the past that is why you are not allowed. I told him that I had cleared all the amount of your bank before & I did confirm before coming here 40 km from my house. He accepted mistake of his phone baking officer.

    I asked him if I had penalties in the past then now what is the new amount limitation of purchasing of my card. He replied me “ I don’t know & I cant tell you, it will be clear on swapping of card”. He was not sure what is my maximum limit of purchasing on card.

    So I request you to give the solution of following equations...

    1. Will Icici Bank going to take action against the phone banking officer whose mistake admitted by the manager(Mr. Parmod).

    2. If you had decreased my maximum limit then why Icici bank did not inform me. If you had not decrease the limit of my card then will icici bank going to take action against the manager.


    3. What is maximum limit of my credit card and what amount of purchasing I can.

    Angry ICICI bank deducted an amount of 23554/- from my account against un known cr. card.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,


    I have a ICICI credit card with me, in which the outstanding amount for the month of feb was hardly 1800/- only, but when I received my bank statement in which amount of 23554/- had been credited from my account dated 18th feb '10 with out any intimation / permission of the account holder, means whith out informing me & more over this the cardno. against which the amount is credited is not known to me ,means never receievd form ICICI bank by me.

    when I visited two three branches of ICICI bank they have this in there record that this card is held by me & has this out standing amount & the expiry year of this card was 2003, then how can such a huge amount got deducted from my account against this credit card after 7 years, what was ICICI doing since these 7 years, were they waiting to get this mutiplied to be a huge amount , because your clause says if the outstanding amount is left for 3 months then bank will auto debit form saving account , why it was not doen in our case, why never we got any intimation form your side on this. If bank would have informed us on time then the amount must not be this & we could have done the needfull on time & we must have not facing this situation , what we are suffering with today because of your bank, as we never receievd this card form ICICI bank.

    But now when we were aksing for the details form them since feb, till now no news form them after every 15 days we get call to say that we need some more time , for what , if they can't provide us info, then on what basis they deducted teh amount from my account.

    Pls we need your help, as I am old men approaching retirment age.

    Default ICICI bank Credit card xxx xxxx xxxx 2008

    Hi,
    I have been billed for cheque return fee,late fee&interest charges on the bill,I made the payment for Rs.1300,but the bank returned the payment bcoz of there mistake,I have already paid the remaining amount for Rs3317.00,I spoke to Susan & Anindita(Floor Managers) who were very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL to me, who did not even understood what is my problem.

    Request you to please waive of the charges as its not my mistake or else I have to cancel the card.

    I DILIP S. SHAH, Credit Card holder of Card No. 4477 4736 3531 8004, very old customer always making regular payment. I was victim of FRAUD took place in my said credit card. By fraud my data were leaked by your bank staff, then my residence address and mobile no. was changed, then at bogus address new credit card was delivered bearing No. 4629 xxxx xxxx 2003 and it was misused for Rs.78,784.15 by stranger with out my knowledge.

    I had made serious complaint to ICICI Bank and various authorities including Cyber Crime department under Joint Commissioner of Police of MUMBAI POLICE, Head Quarter, Crawford Market, VT, Mumbai. The Fraud was detected, the courier person admitted that the said new card was delivered at wrong address at Bandra (East).

    Your ICICI Bank had granted the Fraud Adjustment Credit of Rs. 78,784.15 in Feb 2009 to my credit card and reversed all the charges connected therewith.

    But Due to the change of address and mobile no. by fraud, I was not receiving the Bill or intimation from more than last one year. There was one genuine outstanding of Rs. 503/- for petrol due from me before the card was misused. The Bank had charged interest and penalty on the same and the amount become Rs. 7,524.65 as on today. Since I was not receiving the Bills at my address, I could not pay the amount, there was no fault at my side, as I was very regular in payment of full monthly Bills as may be observed from my past records.

    If it was intimated to me at my correct address, I would have paid the said in due time and even today I am willing to pay the original outstanding of Rs.503/- and I request the higher authority to waive and reverse the interest and penalty in the above said genuine case and circumstances wherein there is no fault from my side but I was victim of fraud.

    Few days before only I have corrected my address at ICICI Bank Credit Card, since in this particular case where in there was no mistake from my side and I am the genuine customers of your Bank, my only humble request is to reverse the interest and penalty charges at your end.

    I hope that you will do the needful and highly obliged.
