Hello All,

Greetings!

I received a call today to make my payment for an odd Rs. 1300/=. The lady called up
saying that I have exceeded my credit limit by Rs. 4/= (RUPEES FOUR ONLY)so my lines
can get disconnected. Isnt it shameful to say such a thing, that just for a paltry
amount of Rs. 4/= (RUPEES FOUR ONLY) Reliance would disconnect my outgoing calls.

This is happening for the umpteenth time that even after dropping a cheque, Reliance
doesnt receive the payment and the customer is the sufferer.

For your information I have dropped a cheque for Rs. 1361/= on Jul 05 at Sec 18,
Noida, webworld. The details are as under:

Bank Drawn upon : Axis Bank
Branch Drawn upon : Greater Kailash I, New Delhi
Date Drawn on : Jul 05

Here, I would request that the telephone line is not interupted from your end. I
have been using this number since May 2007. You should see the past history of the
customer before taking any such childish steps (DISCONNECTING FOR EXCEEDING LIMIT BY
RS. 4/= ONLY).

For your information, I am utilizing a mobile by Airtel and the services rendered by
the company are fantastic! Recently, I paid Airtel after 3 months and even after
crossing the credit limit, the organization was so cooperative it didnt even bother
to ask me once for the payment. For your information this is called "CUSTOMER
PAYMENT HISTORY". What does my credit history in Reliance reflect as? With reasons.

This email should be an eye opener to all the Indian citizens using the Reliance
Network. Hence I am marking a copy to all, who can go ahead and help citizens like
me not getting harrased for just a paltry amount of Rs. 4/= (RUPEES FOUR ONLY).

Look forward for coopeartion from someone who can really help me in not wasting time
writing such emails and not doing my professional work.
