    Default Abn Amro credit card

    I have Abn Amro credit card the card no is *********** 4533 on which my
    loan amount is going on which ends with 1227 the due date for the card and
    statement are the same

    As per the statement my due date is on 6th of every month each and every
    time I use to make a payment on time i.e. before the due date but I have
    never received the statement on time it is most probably after the due date
    or just before 2 days of the due date

    So in 1 month there was some maintenance work carried out at my residence
    so I missed placed the previous statement and i have to make the payment of
    Loan and as well as card i have done the card payment on time because I am
    having the card number with me but i was not having the loan amount number
    with me as they are not providing any card for that. So I have given a call
    on customer care to ask for the number but I was been informed that "the
    system are down now so you can give a call after 2 hrs" I had given a call
    after 2 hrs but still the system were down so I got frustrated and I hang-up
    the phone and wait for the statement to come but unfortunately I haven’t
    received the statement for that month and then in the same month I received
    a call from collection agent to make the payment I asked them to send their
    executive to collect the payment they send the executive and I have done the
    payment and they also informed that I wont be charge for any late fee and
    even though if I have been charge you can go ahead and ask for the reversal
    and in the same month I have again done the payment twice so that it will
    get clear for the next month due date also that means I have clear up all
    the previous dues

    And in the next month statement I have been charge for the late
    fee then i have given a call for the reversal they informed me " to make the
    payment for the total amount and u will get the reversal for the late fee in
    the next month statement " I have done the payment for the total amount and
    I got only the reversal of rs200 so again I asked them why it is so? They
    informed that "The bank has given you only 200rs of reversal amount we will
    again place a request for the reversal and in the next month statement it
    will get adjusted" But I did not get any reversal on that so I deducted the
    entire amount of what ever I have paid extra apart from my Emi.

    So this process is going on from last 1 year and each and every
    time I am receiving call from the collection agency twice or thrice in a day
    and when ever I am trying to escalate the issue to Abn Amro customer care
    department they are saying we are raising the complaint for the reversal and
    again the same issue is going on in continuation

    So I want all my late payment charges to be get reversed I am
    ready to pay what ever my Emi is but not for the late payment which is
    applied to me and this should happen at the earliest

    And now also I haven’t received your statement for the last 2
    months still I have done the payment on time

    Default Wrong communication by ABN AMRO Credit card

    I support this complaint.
    ABN AMRO isssued me freedom card last year. card #**** **** **** 3936 While issuing the card the executive told me that for Big corporates we are issuing the card free of cost. if u dont use there will be no charges like renewal will be applied to you. i havent used that card for a year. now the ABN Amro renewed my card & without informing me charged 595.00 Rs. for renewal charge. i didnt not pay the amount as it was communicated that it is a free card. now they are chargning me late fee of 350.00 Rs per month and amount comes to 2200.00.
    Now i am getting call from recovery dept and they are telling me that we will Mark you and you will not get VISA and bla bla bla.

    We should take a hard action on Banks like ABN AMRO as they give wrong information to the customer while issuing a card. i have already logged a complaint in ABN AMRO but not getting good reply. It is really headache.

    Hello.

    We should read the term and conditions before signing the credit card form, if fee is mentioned over their then just cut it with a ball pen.
    Executives never tell us about the credit card fee, just to achieve their target.
    So always read the form carefully before sign.

    Default HDFC Credit Card billing problem

    Hello,

    This is regarding my HDFC bank credit card no.: 4346 XXXX XXXX 0562
    This is with much agony and pain, I am writing the horrifying experience I have undergone with regard to the HDFC credit card payment. Now after raising several voice and e-mail complaints they blocked my card and started sending bills by e-mail. Before that they delivered a single bill to me neither by e-mail nor at my residence at that time.
    As per my knowledge I had taken a loan of 40K and paid after 1-2 months only. But still I am getting EMI. I raised voice and e-mail complaints several times. But it seems they don't want to do anything except charging extra amounts month by month.
    HDFC credit cards are really horrible. You people don’t follow RBI guidelines. Till date I didn't receive a single bill at my home address. I have written more than 30 e-mail complaints but they hardly did any action.
    And their customer care department don't have access to my bills, in this case how can I raise a complaint and solve my query. I don’t know whom should I approach.
    I requested in written several times to assign a senior officer to resolve the issue, but they hardly did anything.
    On 22nd July I got a call from Mr. Rajeev(Ph-020-41218041) from their collection department regarding this. According to him they cannot arrange anyone at my current residence. He said clearly if I want to close this either I have to pay full amount or come to Pune from where the card was issued.
    It seems that you don't want to close the case. Now they started sending bills on my mail id every month and with all fines adding every month.
    Their statements always have faults and simply penalized the customer. They don't bother the complaints. The only solution is to approach honorable courts.

    Amount Paid Till Date:= 106704
    I am ready to pay rest of the amount immediately. But, before that I want to clarify few things: like why I am getting EMI payments in bills till date since I have already paid that amount as mentioned above in bold. For that I raised several complaints by voice, e-mail and even I visited one of your bank and Get a complaints receipt as well. Till date you people didn’t do anything.
    Note: I am requesting it last time. After that I am forced move to court.
    Please arrange someone immediately and resolve my querry.

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of the bank about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.
