Hi,



It's with a very heavy heart that i am writing this mail. I got a credit card
statement for 07/04/2009 where i was charged with an amount of Rs 3424.00 (Cheque
no. 871407).This was a returned cheque and the amount was once credited and debited
6 months before that and can be seen from the credit card statement of 07/09/2008.
As you can see from the two statements that this amount is debited twice from your
side and that too after 6 months of the previous debited transaction.



I have called customer care personal for the same and after explaining them the
cause (which itself took 3 calls) they did acknowledged that the amount which is
debited was wrong and wanted me to send bank statements. I have already sent the
statements not once but twice. Still after 3 months and more than 12 calls to
customer care i am still waiting for the mistake to be corrected.



I am very sorry to tell you that i am now fustrated and very anoyed with the kind of
service you give to your customers. When its not my fault how can you charge that
amount and not even care to take any action even after repeated request.



This is my last correspondence with you and i will like to let you know that i will
not pay that amount in any case and will again request you to correct the mistake
which will be in the interest for both of us.

I am sending you the statement for 07/09/2008 & 07/04/2009 (see the sections like
previous balance, purchases & current balance carefully along with the details of
transaction). Also enclosed is the bank statement of the account from where the
cheque belongs to.



One more thing please don't make false promise of calling back after 48 hours,
please. I never got a single call from your side.
