1. There have been multiple reductions in the rate of interest and the benefits have not been passed on to the customers as per the government rates. 2. So I paid a certain amount to the bank to reduce my Interest amount which after a month was moved back to the original rate of interest. They now refuse to either refund my amount or to change the amounts paid by me. 3. They tried to include my father's name as a co applicant for the loan. I have a copy of the form and my fathers name does not appear anywhere as an applicant. 4. I had requested to keep my EMI constant and to not to change the amount if the interest rates were reduced by increasing the payment terms. 5. The Bank has repeatedly changed the EMI amount so that they can charge me more money in the longer run. 6. I have been following up from last 18 months on this issue and no one has resolved anything for me besides constant tension and harassment due to these issues. 7. I have written to Mr. KV Kamath and Ms. Chanda Kochhar as well without any response from them either.
I have been mentally harassed by various people of the bank by refusing to let me talk to the head of service quality. I have written multiple emails made several phone calls and have spoken to Ashish Joshi and other members who have tried to misguide me and caused financial loss to me. Due to the interest rate not being reduced the overall financial impact has been close to 500000 rupees and also a lot of mental harrasment / tension / demotivation and frustration in delaing with ICI bank / Un professional behaviour and non responsiveness caused a lot of other personal aspects to get affected and increased anxitey and blood pressure issues.
I want all the above mentioned complaints to be addressed and relief to be given to me and other such affected parties and a suitable compensation for the harrasment by the bank. I DEMAND to speak to Mr. B. Madhivanan, Senior General Manager, Service Quality I also demand action against all people mentioned in my complaints filed with ICICI bank

I am Sathyamurthy Iyer from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I owned a credit 2 years back from Centurian Bank - CC No. - 4443 4101 2356 7008. Later recovery of credit cards was managed by ICICI bank and I had settled my credit card with ICICI Credit Card department in Sarkar I, Ahmedabad office for INR Rs. 32,800 (Ref/ICICIAHM/08-09/1208/67/FW/N/MAR). Even after two years of payment my account was liened last week for 2 days without any intimation. I was unable to withdraw any amount from account though my family was hospitalized. I have forwarded the request to your local credit card department at Sarkar I, Ahmedabad. regarding the settlement and necessary information as required. And even after a week of the same, am informed that my name still shows in the RBI CIBIL report with pending amount for the credit card. It is my humble request to your bank that please remove the pending amount on my name from CIBIL report.
Please check your records properly and do the needful. Early reply to this email would be appreciable.

This is for your kind information and with complain give to you on dated 23/12/2009 any other person pay in my above written credit card some Mobile bill same date of Rs. 7395.97 (Rs.seven thousand three hundred ninety five & Ninety seven paisa. I have taken action :-
1. Inform the call center close the credit card and check the Mobile No. which No. was pay Mobile bill and I was send the fax No. 022-66466683 on dated 24/12/2009.
2. I Talk with Customer care they give me satisfaction your money will be refund, but not refund in this time .
3. I have pay continuous your credit amount with intrest and service tax as per rule but which payment I have not use .
4. I have been send three fax continuously dated 24/12/2010, 12/01/2010 & 13/02/2010 But not any response by your credit card center and no refund our amount which is wrong transaction.
5. Now This is Last payment I am paying by cheque of rs.Rs. 6727 and intrest and service tax Rs. 644.54=7371.54
6. Therefore request to you please draw/backup/refund amount Of Rs. 7395.97 which Amount Not Use by us.

I want my credit card statment from inception of credit card . i want to get each & every thing in my statment in detail.
I, Madhusudhan Reddy, was a ICICI cc holder since more than 2004 May till 2010 Jan, CC number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx, would like to inform that there has been some miscommunication between bank and me. I never used to get my cc statement but still I was paying my due amount ontime without any default till Mar 2008. but in the month of Mar 2008, i forgot to pay an amount around 230 INR , i paid it in the subsequent month and requested ICICI customer care to revert the interest and late fee laid on my cc but there is no response from ICICI end. They started charging late fee + interest every month and then on regaularly sending my cc statement to my emailid (they should have send my cc statement from the first month of card posession but apparently it didnt happen).
So i request ICICI cc division to revisit this and revert the charges levied and provide me the due clearance. I paid my cc due amount from May 2004 till Mar 2008 without any fail even though i didnt get my cc statement. I never cheated any bank. I got personal loan from ICICI and paid it on time.
Even now i am holoding citibank cc and paying the monthly bills on time without any issues.
Now after being an old customer and a reasonable user i request you to sort this matter and get it resolved.

The above SMS came to my ( Rajarshi Bandyopadhyay) mobile No. 9818092828 on 17TH February, 2012.
please note that another CYBER CRIME is in the offing, because I do not repeat do not have the above Credit Card, nor any other Credit card of ICICI Bank, nor any Personal Loan with ICICI Bank, nor did I had in the past any ICICI Credit Card etc. etc. In fact, I (Rajarshi Bandyopadhyay) has NO repeat no banking connection with ICICI Bank at all. Still this demand ?
I am forwarding a copy of this email to ICICI Bank Customer care too, as an eye-opener to the Cyber crime intended by the Bank staff themselves or its associates. I am also contacting the prominent R.T.I’s of Delhi, viz., Kashmir Singh Nehra and Supreme Court Lawyer P.C. Srivastava (who has been targeted by Supari Killers, and is a living menace for Ambanis).
You may construe that it is a simple mistake, but Sir, this is not at all so. A fortnight previously, I watched in “Crime Patrol” & also read about a gentleman who received exactly similar type of fake Credit Card Bill (most probably from ICICI itself or Stanchart). He was much too naïve to have approached the Bank itself in person, and was harassed & manhandled physically by Collection Agent Goondas of the said Bank, and was kept prisoner for the best part of a DAY. However, afterwards, they begged pardon on some pretext or the other.
But Sir, I have learnt my lesson from the above episode and shall request you to execute a thorough probe in the matter.

I have received two mails ( statements on 12/21/11) with same subject name .I have seen one mail it show 4.15 cr. I thought no need to pay any thing. 14 feb 2012 thought of closing the card ,I called customer care they said payment due is 1302.15 for the icici card 4629864352902003, I wondered, they said you have to pay the amount 1302.15. The customer care guy saying last 4 no's 6006 statement is belongs to your card & the other statement he dont know !!.
I thought both mails are same , I have seen only one mail out of two.
Even both the statements are not with my card no.
4629864352902003. I am so much confused,
in that out of 1302.15 i have spent 392.25 as per icici records.
then immediatly i have have paid the amount 1302.15 as outstanding balance.
after that I have checked the statement from the second mail outstanding is 4.10cr. ( I have recollected from my memory, this statement belongs to 4 years back i had closed the card due to same kind of issues) & in that they have mentioned your credit card non-payment records are with CIBIL. In that they have explained CIBIL. & stating that you wont get any credit/ loan facilities from any in future. In this statement I am not understanding what mistake i have done. 4.10cr in the sence no need to pay any thing!!!. Why they are black mailing regrading the loans( thought of taking home loan). all of sudden after 4 years why they sending the statement .
All of sudden how i got another statement with same subject name ??
If i want to close credit card , its not possible??
ICICI people calling again & again forcing the customers to take credit cards , to do this kind of things!!!
Even i have sent the mail & explined the issue in that mail, but not taken any action, again i had received a mail on 21st feb 2012 stating that 25 rs intrest fees pay!!
who will solve our struggle??

I Mr.J.K.Bhagat want to complain you about some problem regarding ICICI Bank Credit Card statement. The problem is that the statements due date was on 07.05.2012 and we got the statement on 09.05.2012 at 8 PM. If any late payment will be required we are not going to pay that and the statement was not delivered to our flat also it was thrown outside our apartment. We had already paid Rs.2000 before getting the statement on 08.05.2012 on account. My account no is 4477466551791030.
Hope you will kindly see to my request and respond to this matter as soon as possible.Eagerly waiting for your reply.
I was given the assurance that I will not be charged the interest as I had already dropped the cheque in the drop box in ATM centre of ICICI bank 4 days before the due date. Also I have been charged the late penalty. It was totally ICICI bank's fault for not getting the cheque. I think they had misplaced them somewhere. I don't know why I have been charged both when it is totally their fault.
This is to place on record the highly unprofessional attitude on part of the credit card department,
I hold a salary saving bank a/c in the Indirapuram branch. I had applied for a credit card online on the 29th june. Received a couple of prompt calls the next couple of days for congratulating and fixing of appointments for collection of required documents. Since then I have given two appointments on two different working days as icici executives do not collect the documents on Sunday ??????? First appointment was fixed for 02 july but nobody turned up and did not even follow up. after waiting for two days i called the customer care helpline and spoke with mr. Prasad who extended his apologies and promised to send somebody within next three days. i received a call on Saturday and the executive fixed the appointment for 09 jul 12 between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs but even today nobody turned up.
I called the helpline again and happened to speak with one of your supervisors who claimed to be Ms Tulsi. after a conversation of about 15 mins she told me that there are no records of my application. This is really sad and reflects very poorly on the impression of the bank. I have dealt with ICICI for years but for the first time to my surprise I found SBI providing me far better services and response.
This kind of anomalies do not correspond to the reputation of your institution. I still do not know if I should expect somebody to respond or should I look for other options.
Shall expect you to please look into the matter and ensure that you do not loose any more customers in future.
