Hi, I am raveendrakumar pisini. I am using ICICI Bank EMI CREDIT CARD and Credit card number 4477 4653 7646 3007. I did the purchase approximately 2000rs on month of January and I paid 1000rs on month of March. They are not sending any bill statements for 3months.On June2nd I got call from ICICI BANK Settlement department and they asked me too pay 5422.I informed them like; I need to pay that amount. Then next day they called and said has to 1965. I informed like send me settlement letter and then I am ready to pay that amount. On date 15/06/2009 called and me said they send settlement letter. I said once I receive the letter and I will drop the check. Now the issue, Even I don't know I have the like with ECS from my credit card to saving account (acct num: 603701500786). When yesterday I transferred to my SAVING ACCOUNT HDFC TO MY ICIC ACCOUNT amount of 10000rs. They blocked 5422rs from my account. I having share khan account and I gave the link to ICICi Saving account. Yesterday is last day for paying my account to share khan, due to reason I transferred to 10K TO ICICI and from there I want to transfer. But because this reason I loosed 1000rs due to square off on my shares. I repeatedly request icici bank not give any ECS request. This issue happened 4th time. I want to escape from the bank, I can purchase for 50k and I will not do any transaction for my saving account. The problem with icici bank, because if I do late and I am ready to interest charges and I don't want to pay late payment charges. For 1000rs nobody will charge 990 (almost 99%) as a late payment charges. Even the discussion was going with settlement team and I was ready pay. But still they are doing worst things. This unfaithful on bank. Kindly please take action and resolve the issue. Thanks Regards,
