Ref Compliant : Invalid DEBIT Transaction for Rs 1000.00 from VISA ELECTRON Card # 4667 3000 4009 1902 Respected Sir, This is to inform and escalate that my VISA Debit Card registered with ICICI Bank Ltd (# 4667 3000 4009 1902) was charged Rs.1000.00 Rs and Rs 25.00 respectively from a petrol filling station (named Lumbini filling station, Hyderabad) and I would like to provide you the details and escalate the same to differ on dispute these transactions. Date : 15/05/2009 Transaction ref (as per bank) : VPS/LUMBINI FIL/20090515160030/0 Amount : 1000 Rs. Date : 21/05/2009 Transaction ref (as per bank) : Dt09/05/15 LUMBINI FILLING STA Amount : 25 Rs. The above mentioned transactions have not been authorized by me on a charge slip, as the petrol station guys told me that their machines are not working and card was not working. I have paid the amount in cash for the same. Despite of all this, my card was charged and I would like to differ on this. As per suggestive approach given by ICICI Bank officials, I am requesting you to roll back these charges after checking my charge slips related to this transaction as soon as possible. Please note that this is severely effecting my trust towards VISA Electron card security.
I was charged 1025 rs with out me signing on any chargeslip nor authorization. ICICI hasnt shown any responsibility to handle this issue with customer care in mind. They're suggesting me as if it was my personal issue and I had to solve it. They have also quoted that it would take around 60 days to get 1000 Rs back and the same thing would repeat for 25 Rs. This has caused me shuttling between the GAS station and ICICI bank to explain. I am totally depressed with this incident.
I would like to get my amount back which is 1025 Rs from ICICI bank ASAP.
