ICICI Bank credit card settlement Dear Sir, I hold an ICICI Bank credit card #4477 4638 3498 5000 under Cust ID: 2147964. I had always been making my payments towards my credit card in full settlement each month until statement dated 29July05. I had been to Namaskar Service station on 22.07.05 where i had purchased fuel for Rs.500.00 and the person there gave me two chageslips for Signature (Rs.250*2), which I duly recognized and signed. However, I did not recognize the charge for Rs.1025.00 made in my statement towards Namaskar Service Station MUM on 22.07.05, since I had never signed for such a transaction. The following month, as usual, I paid for the amount I had shopped for = Rs.1229.00 via chq no 189315 on 16.08.09. I excluded the amount of Rs.1025/- from the calculation. After 2 months, My son arrived from Overseas and I brought this issue to his notice. After looking at all the statements he told me that the Amount was yet to be reversed. Thus, I lastly reported this Incident to ICICI call center on 18.10.09 @ 04:02 p.m. and narrated the incident in detail to the telebanker. In my 25 Minute call, I was asked to draft a letter confirming my grievance under the reference #SR1010846581 and Fax the same on 022-56661421. This was done on the same day.(Proof for the same held) The telebanker also assured me that the charge will be accounted for separately and I would not be charged any Finance charges for the same until the Investigation is complete. Despite after all the assurances, the finance charges continued to accrue further. When, I called to confirm the status of my complaint, i was told that the matter is being investigated and someone would contact me in this regard, which unfortunately never happened... Again a similar incident occurred in my Aug,29,2006 statement, when I was charged Rs.210.00 twice on 09.08.06. I reported the incident which once again fell on deaf ears. I've always taken my payme
The harassment metted out by the collection agents has only increased over time and It has lead to my mental & Physical torture. Lately, One Mr Raj Kadam from ICICI Credit cards JB Nagar Office calls repeatedly and presurizes me to settle the amount by paying Rs.30000/-(Apparently the amount that has blown up till date from Rs1025 + Rs.210) These Collection agents dont know how to talk to a senior citizen who's trying so hard to put a point across and explain the whole matter nicely. In his last call, he has threatened to put my name in defaulters list and ruin my credit history. This is completely unjustified.
I am frustrated and bogged down by this episode and would like to put an end to this torture by ICICI Bank. I look forward to your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest. I want my honour and my credit history restored and my Credit card balance zeroised.

ICICI Bank Credit Card Dear Advocate,
I am a credit card holder of ICICI bank since a few years. I've been a regular payer of all the statements either at a minimum amount or the full amount. But, recently I've lost my job and unable to pay them since three months. I am not in a situation to pay anymore. I cannot even pay the settlement amount, which is yet to be decided after discussion with the bank. Is there any legal implication if I don't pay the bank the due and the settlement too. Actually I've paid them more than enough and they're still charging thousands into my statements every month.
I dont understand their way of calculation too. So, need your help on this. Please suggest the best way to make the payment as low as possible or without any payment to settle my credit card with ICICI

please note: actually the bank doesnt bother of what you are going thru. they only belive that they have lent you money and they need their amount back.
however the logic is that ICICI isnt ready to understand your greviance.
the sad part is you have borrowed at a very high rate of interest contrary to the RBI interest regulations.

Fraud on my ICICI Credit Card Hi
I had an ICICI credit card numbered : 4629864155877006.
In November and December, 2009, there were some fraud online transactions towards TATA AIG(50,000) and MAX NEW YORK LIFE(30,000), and some other transactions totalling 10,000. So in all, transactions of around Rs 90,000 were done on my credit card. Everytime I received an update from the bank about these transactions through SMS, I called the customer care of ICICI. But they didn't block the card uptill all these transactions were done.
Then then registered a dispute and gave me a number, the investigation of which started. Around July in 2010, I got updates that one of my transactions, torwards MAX NEW YORK LIFE has been resolved in my favour, and is reversed, but the other big transaction, towards TATA AIG has been resolved in bank's favour.
All of 2010 after July, I kept receiving calls from different ICICI people, and I explained them my case everytime.
Now since last 2 weeks, a girl who talks very badly, is calling me, my family, my relatives. I went to solve the issue but the official Mr. Chandan Kishore (9999919143) is saying that there's no alternative but to pay the settlement amount, which is Rs 47,500. He's not even agreeing to show me the investigation report that has happened for my transactions.
I am really so troubled because of this. I can't pay for the transactions that I haven't done because it is against my principles. And they are threatening that they would soil my reputation in my company, around my house etc if I do not pay the amount.
Kindly help me in this.

i am card holder of icici bank card from last for year . from last one year no statement recieved by post me .and icici bank registered a wrong emaul add. in my accont . in feb one collection agent came to me and said trhat . u pay a fix amont of 18900 in two installment for us and we setteled the ur balance amount . i gave him a two cheque for him .but now i know that my name is in a defaulter list of cibil . i requested that i pay the balance amount of my card in one installment . so plz remove my name from defaulter list . my card no is 4477466632303011 my name is anil singh chauhan. and my mob no is 09650045358

Want to settle my ICICI card I am holding a ICICI card from last 5 years and now i want to settle my card. Total outstanding amount is 31000. I have not paid amount from last 41 months.
