On 8/10/2008,I recived a message from ICICI Bank that Rs. 15160.32 have been debited from my A/C(savings) on the name of SAHOOS FAMILY RESTAURA dated 14/09/2008. I enquired from ICICI Customer Care. i found that amount was swiped from my card on 14/09/08 for Rs.15160.32 but due to insufficient funds at that time the amount couldn't be transffered. Although, the transaction should have been declined still the amount was debited from my account.I was unaware that my card was swiped and I was not liable to pay this amount to SAHOOS FAMILY RESTAURA. I request that amount be refunded to my account as the transaction should have been declined on 14/09/2008 only.
Rs. 15.160.32 were deducted from my ICICI account without my knowledge. I have several times logged complaint at ICICI's customer care but it is of no use. It has been 9 months since they have been wasting my time. They asked me to first fax all the details and then asked to courier the same details twice. But they have not recived anything yet they say.
I just want Rs. 15160.32 refunded back to my account.
