    Default ABN Amro Customer care complaint

    i am using abn amro card 5239504200628868 more than year. I shifted my place and move to new location on nov 08 which has been updated to bank also since from than not a single statement is received at my new place i am paying bill according to my calculation. I reported this on month of jan 09 and got reply that now onward i will get statement on time on month of march payment is not made because statement is received because of which i am unable to make any payment next month their executive call asking for payment i told him the problem and he send me duplicated statement which contain almost 2000 charges without my fault after complaint i got POD the statement was delivered to some santosh i am making minimum payment until the case is closed because of which they putting every month more than 1000 Rs charges. Lots of email to bank but solution is nil.
    Recovery calls and explain every one same story give me lots of mental torcher
    Total Charges they put till march till now wanted to be refunded and close my account as i did not want to continue with a bank who make me so much suffer.

    Nothing To Say about the bank,some body's (executive from bank)spoke to me in very very local words. I am very feeling and very upset.i got a personal loan from abn bankin past month That loan is total 24 months due.all months i was paid.and i have clear details with document now.but they are not accept that,again and again calling me.so i was sending more mail to us and 2 or 3 times called to customer care about my self.but executive not understand .What i do?mean while Before 15days one persons spoke to me from bank.he is spoke very vulgour words,i am very upset.He is number +911145661627.he is called on 20/1/2010 12.48pm, i am record the call immedietly,i think he is malayali.Any body is dont get the loan and cash anything from abn bank.Incase you getting at the time suffer your life.This is my personal opinion.

    i already had settlement with bank ,after that i also having phone call from bank( same delhi code number......01161103000 and01146796800)
    i dont hw they r so ridiculous ?????? god give him some sense and maturity
    they are so litterate people ...........they use so ugly word.
    i planning to sue against bank.......................this is the only way to give them lesson

    Angry ABN AMRO Useless Customer Care

    Hi Everyone,
    Anush Kumar the manager of ABN AMRO bank is the worst person in ABN AMRO.
    He lied on all occasion and gives empty promises.He is indeed RUDE as well.

    Anyone who knows him,please tell him that I said this....he is the BIGGEST MOTHER FUCKER

    hi Iam Gowtham Kumar reddy.iam having account with ABN AMRO for 18 months .for past 5 months my debit card is not working .when i lodge a complaint ,customercare people said --your magent is damaged,so we are cancalling the old card and will send a new crad which is free of cost.they cancelld my old card and for 5 months iam waiting for debit card.i got the pin and they r saying we can not deliver the card as there is no postal service.if there is no postal service to my native -how i got my pin ??iam not getting my card still ---but i got my pin .i called customer care for many times--but no use.my account is at chennai branch.my mail id is gowtham_ysr@yahoo.co.in.

    I’m Sachin Arora from Gurgaon. I have been using ABN credit card for the last 2 years. In December 2009 I lost my card. I was not aware that I lost the card till I got the statement in jan2010. I blocked the card as soon as I can but transaction of Rs.1500 was made before that. When I checked I found that this transaction was made to a filling station near my house. I went there and checked. There was no signature on merchant slip and car no. on the slip was fake. I talked to bank representative, she told me that bank will investigate this matter and I don’t have to pay this amount if I haven’t done this transaction. On 12/01/2010 I received a form from bank to fill and mail it to noida head-office, I did that. I also attached a copy of that merchant slip. On 03/03/2010 I received a letter from bank mentioning that I have to pay this amount because card was present at the time of transaction. I also received copy of same merchant slip with my duplicate signature on it. After that I send many e-mails to ABN head-office , in the reply they inform me that I have to pay full amount with fine even if there if no signature or false signature on the merchant slip.( I haven’t file FIR because bank representative told me that bank will investigate the matter and I don’t have to file FIR). My question is that:

    1. Is the transaction is valid if there is no signature on merchant slip?
    2. Can I file complain against bank for doing my duplicate signature on merchant slip?
    3. Can I demand my phone conversation recording with bank?

    Kindly help me ….

    Default harasment from recovery team

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I Pardeep Kumar C K, credit card holder (5239504000489032). Since last four years. I have a small balance pending in your account and till last month i have paid all the installments. Duo to some unavoidable circumstance i was not able to pay this month. One Mr. Koushik (as name given from him) claiming from your bank called from the number (9999967745) and talked me without any manners and he along with one other person came to my home at night after 10 pm. He threated me and called a gunda named Mr. Bhiduri. I told them that i will pay the bank after five days and they were not ready to listen me and started abusing me. Hearing the loud noise my neighbors came support. since the crowd gathered they left the home threatening to come out of the home.

    I request you to take necessary actions against them to avoid such incidents which will affect the good will of the bank. In future it happens i will be forced to a move to the legal authorities.

    SIR I WAS A CREDIT CARD HOLDER OF ABN AMRO BANK CARD No. IS 5415 3823 2362 0674 . I MADE MY FULL AND UPTO DATE PAYMENT TILL CARD EXPIREY DATE 14 AUG 2008. IN APRIL 2007 I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM DELHI.A BANK REPRSENTETIVE PURPOSE ME FOR Rs.50000 LONE BEHAFE OF ABN AMRO BANK.BUT I REFUSED IT. DESPITE OF MY REFUSING THEY HAD ISSUED AND SENT A CHEQUE FOR Rs. 48883.22 DATED 23/04/2007 WHICH I HAD RETURNED LUCKNOW ABN AMRO BRANCH ON 3rd MAY 2007 WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM BANK AUTHORITY.SINCE I HAD NO DISPUTE WITH THE BANK BUT PAST SOME TIME I HAD BEEN RECEIVING PHONE CALL INCONNECTION WITH OVERDUE IN MY ACCOUNT CREATED FALSELY BY THE BANK UNDER AC No.7777777772312046.THEY HAVE ALSO PUT MY PERSONAL DETAIL IN CIBIL AS A DEFALTER WHERE AS YOU CAN EASELY UNDERSTAND BY READING THIS MAIL I AM NOT AT FAULT. SO KINDLEY DO THE NEEDFULL AND APRISE US TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION

    Default Lets all of us sue ABN AMRO

    Its high time that we file a defamation case against ABNAMRO for abusing and not closing the account / credit cards and not taking the name of CIBIL list even after the payment. Now I am trying to apply for a loan and this 2008 case is still reflecting in my CIBIL account. If my loan is rejected. Be sure I am going to the court to file for compensation and defamation against them. I have not decided the amount but it is going to be a substantial one.
