You are not new I am facing the too many problems with this company. This is regarding the Disputed transaction happened on my credit card no 5289451001103445 on Nov 08 , I clearly mentioned from my side that the mentioned transaction for 11588/- INR was not done by me. I requested HDFC bank Credit card department to further investigate this transaction. But inspite of requesting many time and sending letter by email,fax and letter.they didn't started any only harasing me for the same. Initially when I came to know that there was some transaction done on my card, I immediately called Customer care and blocked my card, this can be checked in their records and the no of calls i made to them also can be checked. Whenever i am calling on theire 24 Hrs customer care phone numbers they always asked me to send signed letter via email,fax etc , I sent letter to HDFC , but still no updates, whenever I am calling for updates, Customer care executives tells me to send letter again, but I do have receipt/acknowledge of my letters which I sent earlier , via fax and E-Mail. DamageOccured Its beign mental harasment to me always calling and following up with them , and many time my job requires travelling and i actually called them when i was not in india also.
Required Relief to settle the disputed case on my credit card and written apology from HDFC for their unprofessional approach towards their customers. Thay should not take their customer for granted and i am previlleged customer of HDFC Bank. and the
