In the month of Aug 2008 from my HDFC credit card i have purchased suitcase from
their franchise which they have deliever at my residental address. For this i have
to do payement in six installements. But suitcase was defective & for that we
informed them as soon as. & infact i have done 4 months payement. Earlier they told
us they will replace it. but they didnt take any action. So in the month of Jan we
register to HDFC credit card department. they told we are doing investigation stop
the payement. But still we are getting monthly statement & amount is now 6000/-. so
please help us
