He asked me to collect the control number from hdfc which is generated whenever they try to access my details... Since i lost all the contacts on my old phone, i had no way to enquire the control number to the person who informed me about it...
Today when i called them up, they still claim it to be under processing....
My problem is not the rs 450 i paid for the report....
My problem is:-
1) if cibil is not even able to generate a score for me, then, on what basis are banks rejecting my loan applications
2) no bank has ever approached me claiming that i have any amount outstanding with the bank, then how did this entry come up in cibil

i would like to pursue my higher studies for which i would require a loan... Every time i start studying for the entrance exams a fear comes up in my mind as to how am i going to afford my education if no bank is going to provide me assistance...
And because of this i am not able to study well.....
All my dreams and hopes are crashing down and every day i am worried about this....
Please help me.....

I have applied for CIBIL report on 25-Nov-2011. The transaction contract says that report will be delivered by 4 working days. I had followed up with customer care 022 66384600 at least 11 time. Every time they told report will be generated and sent by within 2 days..

Finally i received a CIBIL complain req no - 820958(Dec 26, 2011) regarding this. But when I called on 4th Jan 2012, Customer care told that Report can’t be generated because of insufficient data. And Money will be refunded. This was a shocking response from CIBIL.

Pls let me know how to get the CIBIL report. I loans are getting rejected because of the bad report shared by CIBIL to the financial institutions. But I actually find no report is there with CIBIL
