Subject: Salary cheque is on hold previoue 10 days



Kindly note we submit the salary cheque in hdfcbank saket branch on date 08/06/09
mid night after that the cheque is showing in my account as a (cheque is in
clearance) ,but right now my cheque is on hold position today is18/06/09

we already make a complain in hdfcbank customer card department and also visit in
saket branch but they didnot give me a good response against this problem they ask
me your complain is under process after that my one insurance cheque is bounce
because of unsufficent balance and they debit the amouny 350 from my account



if i submit the cheque on date 08/06/09 then after three days cheque will
automaticaly clear and insurance cheque submit on date 12/06/09 then why they do
this



we already mail to saket bank with the drawee bank statment pls see the drawee bank
canra bank statment in attachment for your reference





we request you please make the complain against hdfcbank and take strong action
against bank
