    Dear Sir/Mam,
    This is to tell you that i am holding a credit card of your bank and done a settlement on 50000/- (Fifty thousand only) amount. As in my last mail i have told you about the misbehavior of your recovery agents and again the same story happened with me at my house. The story is that on 29th of april i have to give a amount of your company to your recovery agency that is Singh Enterprises collection agency. According to the settlement letter of your company i have to complete this amount in 7 months. Every month i am paying amount. On 29th Mr. Ajay Goel employee of Recovery agency called me for the same due to some very important work i told to him to collect the amount on 30th in cash at 10:00 in morning. But he started arguing on phone and asking me a address of the place where i was busy. I requested him that today i am busy so please come tomorrow but he not listened to me after that i stopped picking his phone the time was 9;00 at night when i stooped picking his phone he come to my house at 11:00 in night with his senior. but as i was busy due to my personal work i was not at home and they gone from my place but in early morning at 7:15 am on 30th of April Mr. Ajay goel senior came to my house again and started misbehaving with me at my house. At that i was alone in my house. As soon as he came inside my house he started talking to me in abusing language. After he called to Mr. Ajay goel and after 1/2 and hour Ajay also came to my house. I was literally requesting to wait till 10:00 let the bank open and i will give you the amount but these people were not in mood to listen to me and they were just saying that give me the amount wright now or you will suffer. Sitting in my house without my permission Mr Ajay Senior smoked also in spite of knowing that they are sitting in clients house. Mr ajay senior boss was acting like pure gunda . When the situation gone out of control i have to call two of my friends and. After so much of request they gone to my house at 9:15 in morning and as soon as bank open i given them a Emi of amount 4500/- in cash.
    Sir i want to know that is this is a official behavior. This is second time i have to face this type of problem but this time it was clear that bank has seriously hired a official Gundas to their collection work. Singh Enterprises recovery agency has done a mental harassment. Now i am going to take this case to consumer form and if now any recovery agent came to my house then i will file a FIR against senior officials of HDFC bank. I am still so much disturbed by this act of bank and Recovery agency that i am can't sleep at night that why i am mailing you at 2:00 in night. I am really disturbed by this act and if something will happen with me then bank and recovery agency will be liable.
