ICICI bank

My name is sandeep sharma and i was using one credit card of ICICI bank and payment was made to bank , there was some glitches due which payemnt was delayed and even after that payent was made on a call of collection agent ... but later i tired my making payemnt and stoped that now i guess my name is in CIBIL which creating problem for my home loan.. please suggest how to solve this problem....

One card was sent to me as a life time free membership scheme .. which was used by my friend and not paid the amount and extend to my surprise i got to know only when i got the credit card statement... my mistake is that i did not report to bank and now my name is under bad credit... i do no earn much that i can repay the complete ammount now collection calls are threatening and abbusing... demanding for 24,000/- i do not have money to repay.. because i paid everything to the builder from i am purchasing the flat.. and applying for home loan but not getting response because of above mentioned problem... i lost all my money.. and with my monthly salary i can pay my home loan EMI only .. not to the fraud done by my friend and he is not traceable..please please please suggest me.. and help....
