Settlement letter was issued for my credit card by standard chartered Bank. Yet in the latest statement settlement has not been done and the statement shows a balance amount despite sending everything in writing Some one from their customer assistance division. I am sufferiing from Extreme mental tension. Even in the past they say something and do something. Their email does not work. Their tele executives when contacted are of no help. Senior officers do not come in line. Tele executives do not have numbers of their senior officers.
