As discussed with customer executive and me, there is made a full and final settlement letter of our outstanding amount of SBI Card. I was agree and to be paid the amount rs 2565.00 by 31/08/2011. But in the settlement letter the credit card number was wrongly mentioned while I haven't used this number and has also been fighting against the same from two years. I have written many times mail and talked about the same on telecoms time-to-time but didn't get any response yet. Now I have completed approx. two month for such case and still waiting for soultion. As per customer executive said that the provided card number is mine and is carry-forwarded the amount for new card while I haven't received any credit card of this number and ensure it that there will not be any receiving proof.
Then, how and why to paid the amount of this card number. While earlier I have paid rs. 16,000 instead of purchased amount rs 5800.00 on June month 2009. The running card have also closed on the same month when we lost the Card, after that I haven't received any Credit card. Now, I am receiving phone call from SBI card office and saying that your ammount has been increased while this was pending on their end. This is totally chitting from me and if I pay the ammount rs 2565.00 on orther card number that was not mine, Again I can be chitted for actual card number payment. I was said that any proof will be to paid this ammount either mail and re-letter of settlement but I didn't get any response and mail. I have frustrated for such case and is also being mentally torched regarding the payment. Now recently I have talked about customer excuative and said that you would be shout out this problem while this has been 3 days and haven't recived any call regarding the same. Kindly look into this matter.
